This telemarketer purports to hold or have privity to your existing car warranty. The tel call sounds as if the warranty is to expire/has expired/can be extended/ et al. It is never from the same phone number.
If you answer the call - electing to engage them to maintain your warranty - the real person is obviously in a boiler room. They will not give you a company name, identity, location, or how they got your private cellular number for example. The skirt or refuse to answer any direct question.
The numbers come from 333, 331, 303, and now 800 prefixes. One may never return the call. The intercept is that the number does not exist or the line is permanently busy.
