No they are VERY easy to sue , you can file suit online and if you follow my guide it takes all of 3 to 10 mins to find out exactly who they are that is calling you. Changes in federal law enable people to bypass the telescum firm calling you and instead sue the company who HIRED the telescum to call you. It is easy to find the company responsible for the calls.

You can file suit in small claims court it is SUPER easy if you KNOW how and what laws and codes they have broken, also you cant just serve the company you have to serve there registered agent ( which is even better as my guide explains !). Also documenting every call is needed , my guide has a call data kit with forms to fill out you can present in court.

Ive made 28k this year of telescum by sueing them , half the time they settle out of court upon serving them a demand letter!

Kick the telescum in the pants ( and wallet ) by suing them ! You do not need a lawyer to do so nor do you need to know legal jargon. You can file online in most areas now for small claims court. Just one phone call from telescum can result in 9 or ten violations of law and federal codes and regulations, each of which results in you gaining $500.00 in damages per violation !! You can seek treble damages as well to make sure you get the full $5000.00 in small claims court.

People take action now and unit and sue the pants off these telescum !! It is not that hard to do , but again you have to have the knowledge to do so , take it from someone who makes a hobby out of suing telescum !!

I received a missed call on my cellphone from this number. When I tried to call it back the message states that "all circuits are busy". I knew it had to be something shady.

He said his name was Eddie.  It's the 9000th call I've gotten about my car warranty expiring.  I told them I didn't have a car and wanted my number removed.  He repeated my number back to me and confirmed my number would be added to the Do Not Call list. (Doubtful!)

New twist now their calling and someone speaks spanish -- the government should be putting a stop to cloning of phone numbers -- if you pick up and no one says anything just push any of the numbers on the key pad and hold it down -- if it's a person or a machine it will make it appear your number is a fax.

Got a car warranty expired on my cell. I don't get these on my land line. It looks like someone is using a SPOOF ---- Companies like 123SPOOF will take your real number and route it thru themselves and it will show up on the receiver of the call as a fake number.

I have been harassed by these people for months.  I went to the Do Not Call List and hope that they will stop, however, I think they know that it is illegal but just keep doing it anyway.  I just don't know what to do except to notify our congressperson.

Just got a call from this number... for the 7th time in two months, offering me a "second chance" on my factory vehicle warranty.  A few calls ago, I decided to see what they were "offering," which is a FAKE warranty for your vehicle to the tune of about $2,000.  I declined, with the "salesman" telling me that I will have no future option to recieve this "warranty extension package."

Yet, they continued to call.  2 calls ago, I stayed on the line to talk to a female sales rep, and stated that "I thought my last chance for this warranty was over when I didn't act 2 weeks ago."  I was immediately hung up on.

How does this "company" get away with this crap?  If there's a class action suit anytime soon, count me in.

got this call just a moment ago, with an automated message about extending warranty on my vehicle. This was on my pesonal work phone. How did they get this number? I never give it to business etc.. They've called my cell phone when I was with ATT about a year ago too. wtf.

1-800-169-8786. If you call back you can't an error recording "can't be completed as dialed"

funny the end of the message ends with, "to be taken off this follow up list, press 2" but the call is instantly terminated after that phrase, so there is no chance to "press 2".

i just saw this call on my cell phone and i called both the numbers on my caller ID as well as the number left on the voice mail.  An electronic message told me that both numbers were defunct. i googled each of these numbers only to find out that this was a health insurance scam.  I thought these were a legitamate number. I was thinking it was about an interview.

Called me and said my car warranty was expiring, offering me an extended warranty. I asked which vehicle they were offering me a warranty on (I don't own a car) and she said on my current vehicle. I told her I don't have a car, she said it was on the car I owned most recently. I asked how they could offer a warranty on a vehicle I no longer own, or on a vehicle without knowing which one, she said it was to protect my privacy. I said, in that case I'd love to purchase an extended warranty on my Model T Ford since the original warranty was expired but I'd still like to be able to replace the engine and what not. She started to pick up my sarcasm. I asked to be connected with someone who could identify the vehicle I was being offered a warranty on, she said no one could provide me with that information. Why, I asked? To protect my privacy. So yeah, that's not a scam, right?? I wish there was a way to flood these telemarketing scam phone banks and render them inoperable.

My phone has been ringing every hour from this guy, without leaving a message, and I googled the number first to find out who it was - insurance scam trying to rob my money!

The real issue is how did he get my number??? My wife's insurance with Blue-Shield of California has expired. Why are they giving out my number!? How is this list made public to private/scam corporations. This is fraudelent and should be investigated by the State!

I have since put my wife on my Kaiser insurance.

His ENTIRE pitch left on my voicemail.  Same text, same callback, same name as the poster above.  This is nuts.  At least with the robocalls they don't leave messages.

I received a call from a scam artist from this number too. He introduces himself as Samuel Parker from National Healthcare Association. In an attemp to help uninsured he is asking me to call him back at 1-877-827-7861 for a health coverage for my whole family for about $99/mo for which I apparantly pre qualify. It's just that I am already insured!
