I was charged 19.99 on my Verizon home phone bill. I called the number provided on my bill which was 800-487-3857. The company name is Brilliant Digital Entertainment. The customer service rep I spoke to told me I authorized this service on February 3rd. I didn't authorize anything. My daughter received an mp3 player for Christmas which included free downloads. I think this company somehow accessed my information when we got the free downloads. I am now on the hook for 19.99 for February and March. Think I will notify the Better Business Bureau and see what they have to say.

I, too, had a charge on my Verizon bill for miscellaneous charges from Integretel. I called (1-800-487-3857) and was told I signed for this service online. It was a Voice Message service. I never signed up for it. I was told the charges would be removed from my bill in 2-3 billing cycles. I then received an email from Call Me Central confirming the cancellation. The email said I DO NOT have to call Verizon. I contacted Verizon. They told me "there's nothing they can do about that". I was told to "call them". I'm very concerned and most disappointed in the customer service rep from Verizon. When I looked up "Call Me Central" online, I found this site. Thankfully!!!

I just reviewed my Verizon phone bill and these "Other Provider" charges appeared on pg. 4 of my bill
for almost $ 20.00. The upper left hand side of the bill had the name "Integretel" but when I called the
800 #, I came in contact with another company name - "Call Me Central". My acct. is supposed to be
immediately cancelled but was told that it would take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on
my phone bill. This is definitely some sort of scam. I wiil definitely contact Verizon about this.

I got a call from them yesterday and they told me that I had signed up on line at 6pm last night. I know for a fact that I didn't. I called and cancelled the service that I didn't order. These people should be ashamed of themselves

P.S. After reading other posts on this website, the phone call received sounds suspicously similar to the phone calls from 800-460-0078. Only it's a different company name, also out of Missoula, MT. My mom is a Verizon customer. The "Call Me Central" people claimed they would contact the telephone company and cancel this service. If anyone receives a call from these people, call the phone company yourselves and see if charges can be dropped (if assessed). I'm certain there will be third-party charges to my mother's phone bill, somehow authorized by me.

My mother received a phone call from this number yesterday, asking for me (using my maiden name, which I haven't used in a number of years). They are a company called callmecentral.com. They claimed that I signed up for some sort of service.
