I get these calls, doesn't ring long enough to go to machine.  I called back and got recording that it was a disconnected number.  This no call list isn't working well is it, when we still get annoying callls all the time?  I don't give a f-bomb if it's political.  We all know they are "for profit".

08-21-2012 @ 2:32 PM, 800-211-8231, TOLL FREE CALLER, called my phone while I was away, and they did not leave a message.  Obviously, it was a scammer, or political call.  If I answer the phone & it's political, then I just hang up on them.  Same with Robocalls, since you can't say anything they'll hear.  Just a stupid machine!  Lately, I've been pressing the # key on the phone which produces a loud beep, which is very annoying.  If they're still talking when I let up, I just press it down again, or do a press/release/press/release until they shut up and hang up.  I'd like to stick a double barrel shotgun up the A## and pull both triggers at the same time!  We are on the DNC but scammers, spammers, and political calls don't pay any attention to the DNC.  They just ignore it.

Just wish some one would put an end to this invation of my home by these phone soliciters. They need to be procicuted and jailed just like other home invaters. I am on the do not call list, but these idiots call any way. That's why I let my fax machine answer all these calls when I do NOT recognise the number.

This number began calling in the last few days.  My caller ID says "Chan Unknown."

I dislike letting you all know that if you are on the "no call" list, it does not apply to political or charitable organizations.  What a crock!  Charity scammers and political spam are the biggest offenders in phone abuse.  I tried to block the pesty numbers, but found that my phone company only blocks LOCAL calls.  Another brilliant service, huh?  I guess that's why so many fraudulent charity clowns type in (out of city/state) identities.  We are relagated to invasions of privacy by politicians and charity frauds and paying for it.  Something stronger needs to be devised to stop these clowns from holding this country hostage in their own homes, via the phone.  Think about it:  We are flooded with commercials on TV.  We are constantly barraged by ads on the internet and now it's the unwanted phone calls.  

Too many individuals who are in positions to stop these abusers just sit on their hands.

It was a  call from an out of state Representative that wanted me to tell them how I wanted Republicans to quit making cuts to Medicare to give to the rich.  Makes absolutely no sense. It is  President Obama in the White House who is  looting these funds with ObamaCare.  I told them that I want him to quit stealing from my medicare which I pay  for each and every month and quit giving it to the illegals in emergency rooms.

I have had three calls just today from this number.  It's some state representative's office talking about some medicare bill.  The second time I called back the number and asked to be removed from their list.  The third time I called back the number and the mail box is full.  Very annoying to get the calls at work.

Called about 5:49 EST, nobody on the line when a answered. Called back it was a political call from another state that wanted me to leave a message against a certian bill thats trying to be passed???? Oh I left them a message alright!!!

Called 6-27; caller ID display showed "TOLL FREE CALL", which pretty much guaranteed this one as another illegal spamscam call. My Callmenot.com device intercepted it, and the calling party (robodialer?) did not ring through.
