I am a working grandmother. I reciced a call from 800 213 9882. They became anger with me. And began to tell me. They told me,"do not like Blacks. Black are poor people."
They are very sick people.

I keep getting repat calls from this NCO financial system for someone that has never lived here, I am on the do not call list, but they keep calling, I want these people to stop harrassing me!!!!!!

This is NCO financial services and they will keep harassing no matter what. here is a list of numbers they use. They keep calling no matter what you do, if they have the wrong or right person, put them on the do not call list, research them on line. Also plug in all these numbers and read the comments people say about this company. They also use different company names when they call so watch out for them.
