Got a call from Britt Mitchell from 800 214 5380, said she needed to talk to me or the attorney handling this matter for me (excuse me. . . what matter???), and left a reference number. I don't know who this is or what it's about, but don't have any overdue debt, so I'm not calling back.

I recieved a phone call from Jan Harris whoever she is. Not at anytime did she say what company she was calling from or what the call was about. I got threatened with My office has recieved this file and if I don't recieve a phone call back I will prepare Deps for file #. It's inperitive that you call me back ASAP or I will continue with this filing. What a professional DEPS!. I called and no answer. I know it's against the the law for debt collector to Threaten and intimidate. I have no idea what this is even about. I'm ignoring it.

Just fyi to all of you getting calls from this number and this company. They are a debt collection agency, and they are lying to you. DO NOT admit to owing any money and do not confirm any information about yourself. They are attempting to reactivate debts that have expired and are now off of your credit reports or are trying to collect on debts they have bought. Again DO NOT admit to anything. They will tell you they have a case against you, they are fileing with the government, they have a summary judgement against you ( which is laughable, a summary judgement is made by a judge after your case has gone to trial). Do not believe any of their threats they are only trying to get you to admit to owing money so they can legally reactive an old debt.

Jan Harris, called from a blocked (unknown) number.  I do not answer blocked numbers.  After listening to my messages, I called back and blocked my number.  The number she left was 800-214-5309.

Received a message from Jan Harris stating she had received my cell phone number as a contact for Clifton Bryant. Gave a case number 3467076 and to call back.  Was going to call back to let them know I had no contact information for a Clifton Bryant but after reading these comments won't bother.  Telephone number showed as an unknown number.

I rec' a call from a Ms. Overton as well today asking for a Brenda Freeman Jones. I decided to call this 1-800 number back to tell her she had the wrong number and to stop calling my home she asked me to hold on.  After staying on the phone for 3 minutes I hung up.  She ran my phone back and asked why did I hang up, I told her because why did I need to hang on the phone when she called my home phone number looking for this person.  She started shouting at me and I hung up, told her stop calling here!  Just what is this mess!!

Yeah ms overtones called my phone stating the same thing. That if I did not call back I waived my rights and further actions would be taken against me. But when I called back. They did not answer.

ms. overton called my mom, which I have no idea how she got my mom's personal cell, but gave messages to my mom that i need to call back or actions will be taken against me but wouldn't say what the debt was about.

said she was calling regarding case #.....that would be referred to the irs for taxes.....i know it's bull

they called my place of work and threaten me over the phone and when I asked a question she got rude and threanten to have my wages garnished

Called my son and told him to have me call or the issue would escalate

Lana Carter from 800-214-5308 called my brother's house this morning asking for me.  No idea what this is about, but she gave a case# F2986708.  I called the number back immediately and left a voice mail message for Lana Carter.  I have not received a call back yet.

They called a place of employment looking for one of our employees. I mentioned to them that they had to contact the empolyee at his personal number and not to contact us again she treated his employer saying we where hendering an investigation. I mentioned it had nothing to do with his place of employment and not to call here again.
