yep these are attorneys, i got a messages for a few weeks and have been looking into them.  Im being sued by Bank of America.  They served me at my job yesterday.....so just fyi for all those who do like it did and deleted their messages, errrrrghhhhhhhhhhhh

If a judge finds you broke the contract you signed most judges will or can award the person suing you the cost of legal and court cost which means you pay their attorney fees....i think thats overkill wouldnt you say

This attorneys office is out of Dallas, TX.  Got served papers too, Santander USA suing us for $17K plus attorny fees at $250.00 an hour.  Can they make me pay attorney fees?

received message from mr. ellis, did some checking his office is in tx he handles arbitrations before a summons is sought by banking industry.  not sure if that a good or bad thing yet.  anyone else got any more info

This number is given as a point of contact on my summons to appear in court I was served on Friday.   Anyone else been served before by Mr. Ellis.  Should I call him?   Any advise would be help.

I got a message from Mr. Ellis from this number.  I looked up this number her before I called.  So just wanted to say I called the number back and I did speak to Mr. Ellis.  I'm glad I did.  This is a legitimate business number and just wanted to tell you he helped me out of a legal issue Ive had going on for a few years and helped saved me over 9,000.00.  :)
