Received recorded msg. asking if I was some guy (gave first and last name) and then paused and then continued saying to call Regina at this number and ref. # , about a debt collection.  This guy use to live here a few yrs ago, therefore they will not delete this number, and keep calling every so often.  Frustrating!!!

"...call from Commercial Recovery....if this is Chuck.....return this call at this number and give ref. #...".
FYI: they had the wrong number!!

I got a phone call from this number literally everyday. They claim someone whose last name is same as mine. The call is always made by a machine and even when I called back it was an answering machine that responded. It is very annoying to have this call. How can I stop them.

Got a voice mail:

"...imparative you return my call in reference to account number..."

I told them not to call. they were nasty and now are calling every day.

regina called me today too with a threatening msg.....i called back and heard that raggedy a$$ vm too....sad sad case...

This person, Regina Bell, left me a threatening voice mail this morning, and she left a msg that said if i didnt call her back by noon on the 17th she would file an affidavit against me, I called the number tonight and it rang a bunch of times then finally a greeting that says "you reached the office of attorney office of regina bell" (what a joke its her voice) leave a message and she will get back with you."  Is this the first time you have dealt with a scam like this.  In november i had someone call me from, get this "the federal bereau of investigation and litigation dept" sayed I owed a company he represents for not paying back a payday loan, what was scary is they had my social sec # and my bank acct number, it goes on, what a mess.  If this is another scam, i will go out of my mind.  Any way hope your not bothered anymore by these people.  If they call again I would threaten legal action against them as well.  But I just had to vent to someone. Regina Bell from CRS & Associates calls my home today threatening to sue my husband over some papers about an account she claims he had (he didn't fax me the papers this morning, she said). I had him call her back and he wasn't even the person she was looking for. When he questioned her about where she was calling from, she told him to F@ck OFF! UnBELIEVABLE!! Come on people. Really?!

Left message on our machine asking for someone who sounded like one of our names sort of.  Figured it was collection agency. Called. They said my number is in there system for two people for sort of similar names, but when I said definitely no one here by those names. Said they'd take our name out of their system.. Asked what their company name was. They ignored question, said they took our number off.  I asked again, she hung up. I called again from my cell phone. They greeted me by name, guessing they have caller id, saying your name has been taken out of their system and hung up.

Stop calling me

Left on my machine a similar message by Nicole Vargus for _ _.  No such person but same last name.  Message ends with if you cannot return our call make sure your legal representive does.

Undoubtedly a bill collector.  "...imparative you return my call in reference to account number..."
