I got a call from a guy named Jim who says he is from the Do Not Call Registry. He gives you a toll free number that is NOT for the Do Not Call Registry.Calling the number just gives you a long busy signal, like the number is out of order. But you do get an automated message that follows this call, also giving a Craigs List number . He also gave me this number but then corrected it to say..it is 1-800-225-5322 ext FCC187

I got a call from someone named Jim claiming to represent the Do Not Call registry. He just asks if this is your name and if you are the owner of this phone number. Then he gives you a toll free number ..this one listed with an extension if you have any calls about the Do Not Call Registry. Then he says you will get an automated call confiriming this. When you get the automated call, it gives you a 5 digit Craigs List account number or password.  He never asks for any personal information but the toll free number goes straight to UCLA voice mail
