Please refrain from racism in here guys.  People are people regarding of where they came from and who they are and you just have to go on stereotyping people that you can't see and only assume.

Anyways, I got a call from this number, they called from the said number and like 2 minutes later they called from a restricted number (both which showed unavailable on my phone.  Anyways, I didn't answer the call.and they left no message on my youmail account.

Its a calling service that you use with a calling card or make a collect call. A service like this can be used from any phone if its a scam most likely from a payphone so it cant be traced another use for it could be for some one to call a cheating spouse example husband or wife answers you dont say anything. Or like another post said good for a untraceable prank call.

Just got this pay per min.tracfone this number  called at 2:54 am.  ..really.   Wtf

Just got called from this number.  I answered and nobody was talking on the other end.  I finally hung up without knowing who they were or what they wanted,

I've had this Pay-Per-Minute tracphone for just over a month. This is the second time I've been called by this number. I've even taken the time to register my tracphone on the US Do Not Call Registry.  OBVIOUSLY this is someone that doesn't play by the rules. I AM NOT going to pay for this unasked for solicitation!

Answer the phone,  tell them to hold on a sec,then just lay the receiver down and walk away.  Or hand the phone to a three year old. Either way, do this a couple times and they will stop wasting their time ;)

Buy a really good whistle and blow hard next time they call and keep it up until they put you on the OH HECK no list :)

Received a call from this number on my work phone. No message. Annoying.

Didn't answer from this number and no message left.  When I called from a landline, I received a recording that asked if I wanted to place a calling card call, a collect call, or speak to an operator.  I hung up.

They left a phone message about lowering my interest rates. Interest rates for what?

I must be important because they called 3 times in 5 minutes?  And no message left. Scammers

They called my cell as a fire department and asked for money.

Got missed call . Any number out of my contacts I try to listen the voice mail fist. And second thing .I Google the number.  I don't waste my time for BS. Phone calls. If you don't want to receive unwanted call .Just search and download the App for unwanted calls. And  install it on your smartphone. Done deal.

Called cell phone, will lower your credit card interest rates...seriously? How are they getting away with this? Blocked by Mr. Number. Thanks 800 notes!!

Just got the phone call. No need to pick up after I saw these comments.

all my cards are 0%. its a scam. i know one when i see it because im better than they are. pressed 1 to speak with them and have my number removed and the nig lady hung up on me. you cant even call them back. get better with your closes and talk offs

This number called my cell phone for the first time today, it stated that they were a company authorized to help lower interest rates on my credit cards.. Yes I have credit cards but when i asked the women what credit card it was for she just kept talking like she was going to try and help reduce all of my credit card interest rates.. I let her talk a lil more and finally she asked me to go ahead and grab the credit cards (as in all of them) and she would go ahead and would on getting them reduced.. She stated that I should go ahead and grab a piece of paper to write her information down also.. Once she asked for ALL of my credit cards is when I decided it was a scam and I hung up..

They have called several times. They stated that they were authorized through The federal government to work with multiple banks. I hung up and called my bank and my bank said that it is a phishing scam and not to give them any information. One of the more recent calls I inquired about this being a scam and the person on the other end of the phone started cussing me out and talking about sex with my wife mother and daughter. I had him on speaker phone so the group with me could listen and he went on for seven minutes without interruption.

The same thing happened to me then 2 minutes later I got a call from 'unavaliable' and it was the same exact people

They said they wanted to reduce my interest rate and when I asked on what card the woman on the other line hung up

Just called my cell, no message and I never answer unknown numbers (scam running that charges big bucks if you answer, not this number exactly, but happening way too much and I avoid it), ever.

If this was my home number, I would just answer the phone then sit it down and walk away.  I've found these type calls quit after you cost the company money enough times.

Remember, if it is an 800# calling you, it costs THEM to make the call.  Make them pay and pay and eventually they leave you alone.

First time I received this type of call on my cell phone.  Pressed '1' and was put on hold.  I then hung up.  

every week they call, no message only bs....

These people call my house constantly and have started calling my cell phone now.  I've asked repeatedly to be removed from their list, asked nicely and not nicely to never be called again - I don't have a credit card.  These people are blatantly ignoring any requests and it freaking annoys the living hell out of me that I can't get them to stop calling me.  I'd love to have an auto-dialer set up that calls them constantly, ties up their phone lines, and doesn't allow a single call to get through to them.  

What do you have to do to get people to stop calling when they have no business calling you repeatedly?

Got a call from this number, no message. I am getting more of these toll-free junk calls, it's a waste of my time. Grr!

Shows on Caller ID as Toll Free Svc  recording says press 1 to speak to an operator to reduce interest rate on credit card. I dont have any credit cards. when i told the operator this they hung up on me.

It's a rank "Prank" for real! Man, I'd love to give 'em some of their own routine.
