This is a debt collector.  Never say who they are or who they are trying to collect on.  Same low quality recorded message left every time.  Do NOT answer, they just keep calling back every 3 minutes everytime you do.

They are a debt collection agency. I have dealt with them and as long as you are reasonable with them, they will work with you.

Yesterday I've got a call from this no. 800-228-8996. The guy was talking about my existing debt; but did not mention his company name. From http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/creditors-information/collection-attorneys.html, I've come to know that he was from "Bowman & Heinz". Can anybody tell me more about this collection agency?
