National Enterprise Systems, Solon, Ohio, is using this number again - they rang my phone on March 29 and again on April 1 using the name line in the Caller ID of "TOLL FREE CALL." We do not answer such calls. This is n-o-t a reputable debt collector, but rather a sleazy debt buyer dedicated to abusing people into paying them money on old debts falsely alleged or well past the Statute of Limitations. They also do not hesitate to assume that someone whose phone number became yours 10 years ago can still be contacted on your phone line if they can only call often enough and put on an adequate show of crudity (one of their specialties). Somewhere along the line, they have also been known as Windham Professionals. Yes, that latter word sure seems preposterous but once a liar always a liar.

Buy a Digitone or some other means of call blocking and help these miserable souls to try another line of work.

yes its a collector,a 3rd class collector but a collector,i answered the phone,and replied BLOW ME,,,the rude little man said do what,,,I REPLIED BLOW ME,once again silence came over the other end,of the tellie,will see you in court,here we go again,my reply was BLOW ME,they hung up,,,,but why but why,,,hang up,on me,no further calls UMMMMMMMM.

They call me 2-3 times per day and are very intimidating. They will not tell me where they are calling from, just transfer me. The only time the person left me a message, it said, "This is Brook Taylor, I recieved a file on you and I would like an address so I can send your check." I know that no one owes me money and even if they did, I can't see why they would keep calling. I am assuming it is a tactic to get me to call and stay on the line.

Keep getting stupid messages from 1 800 235-4153 with a pre-recorded message that from Mr Steve Jones regarding an urgent matter.  Today called back and spoke to one of the rudest women I've ever dealt with. I politely asked her what organization she works for because she didn't identify herself, just said something like "hello". If this is a business she should be able to answer that question. She very rudely responded with, "Well, who are you?"  I said, "I have received messages from this number and simply want to know what organization this is?" (again I was polite)  She had attitude and said, "Well, why don't you tell me who YOU are first?" She then said, again VERY rudely and VERY condescending. "Let's start this phonecall over again. How about YOU tell ME who you are and we'll go from there?" I repeated, "I simply want to know what organization you're calling from."  She hung up on me! I called back a couple minutes later and got the same woman. I said, "Hi. You just hung up on me. Let's try this again. Tell me what organization this is."  She almost yelled back, "N.E.S.!" Then she said something like, "I can't help you if you don't tell me who you are!"  What a rude, unprofessional person! I have no respect whatsoever for this company. Completely unprofessional.

These people are calling me 20-30 times a day most times I never answer when I do answer they are hollering and making threats for paymnet. I have asked them to stop making calls to my job, I have asked that all phone calls cease and that they communicate through mail so that I do not have to deal with the intimidation and also that I have something for my records and to reference this back to. All of these request and they wont comply they just kepp calling and the threats keep getting worse.

They are calling for someone that I do not know.  I have told them several times that I do not know who they are looking for.  They are very rude and arrogant.  I am on the "no call list" but they continue to harrass me.
