The company name is NCO Financial Systems, Inc or Outsourcing Solutions on Caller ID. I am HR at our company and they have called about 7-8 times today trying to get information on one of my employees. They increasingly have become more rude. I filed a complaint w/ the FTC and hoping it puts an end to their unethical practices.

Hello,
I used to work there. They are trying to collect on a loan. They will attach your wages since they know where you work. Just call them and make payment arrangements. In most cases you can make a 50.00 a month payment to them and that keeps them out of your paycheck.
