They call at least twice a day. They either leave no message or when I say hello there is no one there.  Not sure what they want. If it was like Exxon/Mobil offering a 15 cents off per gallon for 60 days then they should leave a message or have someone on the phone. Poor customer relations.

I called the number back, and if you press option 1 it lets you put in your phone number and then it will ask you if you want to be put on their do-not-call list.

I did that, and I've been removed. Hopefully.

It is from CitiBank, which is also the umbrella financially for Conoco/Phillips credit cards.

Also if you call the phone 3 back and actually get someone to speak with, they are RUDE. INCREDIBLY RUDE.

If you are getting calls from this phone #, call and complain using the customer servicce phone # on the back of your Conoco or Citibank credit card.

Thanking my for Phillips 66-Conoco-76 credit card and offering a Credit Protection Plan. I have had sooooo many cales from credit card issuers with this overpriced "Protection" that as soon as they say what it is, I give them : I already have something like that and do not want to hear or receive in the mail anything about what you have....good bye....(Hang Up). I can go on with my life and they have made their call quota > until the next time. They may grow up some day and find a real job so me telling them to KMA produces nothing. Happy Phoning!

I get calls from this number 800-238-1883 several times a day. I have stopped answering because invariably there is either no one there or it disconnects. Wish they would leave me alone whoever they are

They call and a person with a foreign accent asks for my husband.  I give him the phone and they hang up!  They call again an hour later and they want to sell credit card protection through my Shell card.  I have reported this number on the National Do Not Call registry since I am on that list.

They call.  I answer.  They hang up.  Must be an automated calling system.  Getting to be very irritating.  I'm on the "Do Not Call" list, yet they call anyway only to hang up.

Calls from 800-238-1883 are from CitiBank.  They are "offering a trial membership" in their credit card protection program.  I do not have a CitiBank card so I don't know why they are calling me.  I received 4 calls from this number within a 36 hour period.  I only answered after the fourth call.
