No voicemail was left.

last month i got a bill for joining a discount buying place and was charged 19.95 twice ...that's fraud this month i got charged $49.00 for magazines that i didn't order and all these charges was on bank america card just like the other charges next month if they do it i will cancel my card.

Bank of America gave me this number to call.  They say it is a number for a credit counseling service company that they work with.  I found this web page trying to figure out the company name before calling.
