It is Conoco/Phillips/76 Credit card, which is Citibank.

THIS IS GETTING REAL OLD, ALWAYS CALLING AND WHEN YOU PICK UP THE RECIEVER THERE NO RESPONSE. PLEASE PUT A STOP TO THE PHONE CALLS.

got a bunch of calls months ago from these pests.  went through their "do not call" drill.  didn't get calls for a while.  now they're back.  it's like the plague.  went through the "do not call" drill just now.  hopefully this time it will work.  there otta be a law.

Have received calls from this number, 18002516635 number of times past few weeks...I called the number back, and they say they're with "Phillips Conoco" having a 'special sell'....(their phone message) so haven't talked to any live person...

I do not have a card and have not done business with them for over 10 years.
I am on the Fed and State do not call lists.
They are required to comply with those lists.
I am not required to register on their list

Pain in the butt to have to do that to be taken off THEIR DNC list - what part of Federal DNC list are they not getting? - but do make the call and work your way thru it - supposedly should be in effect within 30 days....we'll see....

Phone call, no message

I'm tired of you calling my home every hour or so every day.  If you are really from Phillips 66/Conoco, I have nothing to discuss with you.  So please do not call me anymore.

Did not answer this unrecognized call, at 9 am on Sunday morning.

My caller id flags this number, sometimes daily.  No messages ever left on answering machine.  Probably sales or marketing slime balls...

Please stop calling on our home phone number you are not from Phillips Conoco you are from no where.You think we don't know how to track the phone number that your using your wrong.

You can get on their no call list by calling the number and pressing "1" for English.  Who they think we are?  This the USA and should not be subjected to that kind of treatment.  We are not a bi-lingual country.  The calls should stop in 30 days, I hope.

Daily call about 2pm CDT

Finally got to answer one of these calls.  Claim to be from Conoco Phillips pushing a 'special program'.  Caller had some problems with the English language however.  Possibly an Indian call center....

We have gotten at least 4 phone calls from this number claiming to be calling from Phillips 66 Conoco in regards to running our credit.  When pressed, they say they are not affilitated with Phillips 66 Conoco and are independent company doing the credit reports.  No one has the right to run our credit.  Every time a credit report is run, the points go down. We have contacted Conoco and are now on a do not call list but do not know if that will help.
If you are stil getting calls from this number, call Conoco Corporate Customer Service at 1-800-527-5476 and lodge a complaint.  They need to know what their customers are up against.

This # come up on the caller ID box as Citi Bank  some one is using there name if all the other comments I see say its Phillip Conaco gos these people are slim balls I just report them to the Federal Trade commission as Im on the national no call list these people are in violation of the law

I keep receiving this phone call. If it is from NCO Financials about an alleged debt I owe...they need to be formally told that I owe nothing for service never renderd by their contractors. If not..they still need to be reported for harassment.

Starting to receive phone calls again from 800-2516635.  No message left, or nobody will speak when answered...so not answering any longer.

We get four or five calls a day from this number and I refuse to answer.  We have tried picking up the phone and then hanging up immediately.  We are on the do not call register.  We are tied of getting calls - especially early morning and late evening

Tired of these calls.  Called # back as previously said and added our name, address and phone # to their "do not call list".  We'll just see if it works.  The other so called do not call list don't work either.  I have gotten so tired of all these calls, that when we are home, we turn answering machine off and just let it ring.  A lot of good this has done.

Was told that if you purchased anything at their stores that you were technically in "business" with them.  That's true, I did buy gas at a Phillips 66.  Does that mean my Credit Card company gave them my information?  These people are irritating.

Wow! I am already on the National Do Not Call Registry and they call me at least 5 times a day. I refuse to acknowledge them by asking them not to call me again. They are already breaking the law by calling me in the first place. I have a rule: I do not answer these calls. I am now going to report them.

just got a call from this number at my work.  when i answered, they hung up. i did a *69 and it gave me this number

I receive calls asking for a person whose name I recognise because I have been receiving calls for the same person for at least two years from this number. The caller is live--not a robo-call--and I tell the caller each time that I have had the telephone number for X years (now over 11), and that the person for whom they are looking has no connection with me or my telephone number! They apologise, but the calls keep coming! When I recently called the Toll Free number, it answers as "Phillips66/Conoco76 Credit Cards." I have never had a credit card with either corporation, so they are in violation of the national "do not call" list.

We have received calls from this number every day for a week or two.  When I answered one time the caller could not speak English but I did pick up my husbands name.  When I asked who they were she hung up. Have not answered since.
