How did you get out of your timeShare

I have a do not call on my phone and this number keeps calling.

We no longer own a time share with anyone.

Don't buy a timeshare with Wyndham!

I was so irritated with the number of calls to sell me more, I blocked thier number which worked until they pulled my emergency contact number from my purchase file and CALLED MY MOTHER!!! Is this legal???

They have been calling me for three months now! Every now and then a man will answer and ask for someone who is not me. I told them that they had the wrong number and to please remove this number from their calling list, but they obviously have not. Has anyone tried to call them back? When I Googled the number, a bunch of sites for Wyndham Worldwide, a vacation or resort business of some sorts came up.

I thought if we were on the "do not call" registry that we could sue these companies from unsolicited calls.  We should all look into this.

Unlike Lori, we have had great family vacations at many delightful resorts.  We are especially fond of Myrtle Beach and Orlando.  We have been owners for 6-years, but unlike many we can afford our ownership.  Wynhdam has some good weekend offers for non-members which may be worth the effort; however, their salespersons may high pressure you into something you may not be able to afford.  Be aware.  Once you sign up, you will be making a monthly payment for maintenance of from $100-$500 depending on your purchased points.

they called, i let it go to voice mail , no message

We have a timeshare with this company & are very, very disappointed in them. They call us all the time for a courtesy call, then want us to go on a vacation somewhere.  I tell them to take our name & number off their calling list, but they DO NOT know how to do this.  The calls start coming everyday from all sorts of numbers.   "IN MY OPINION , DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY OR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES"

daily calls - multiple times per day - then when you answer and tell them not interested or no time to talk they just go on and on.  We've stopped answering. They've not stopped calling though.

Yes, Wyndham Vacation/TimeShare Resorts - you also may get a 4day/2night getaway for about $350 if you like/ but have to bring another couple along, and sit in for a sales pitch for 90 min., no I'm not a sales rep, just an owner.

Wyndham also does a lot of BS so be aware!
