msg was left they are First Source Solutions USA, LLC representing a hospital I just had tests done 2wks ago. msg stated they are a medical financial assistance program and if I'm willing to answer a few short simple questions to get pre qualified I could get help for my bills. They left a reference number to give when I called. I'm not sure why I'm getting this call as I have medical insurance. I called and a female answered wanted to know if I had an extension or name--no. She wanted to know if I was left a ref #; I gave it to her and she transferred me to someone for assistance. I received a recording for Scott. I left a message but ran this number--I have blocked this call from my phone and calling the hospital to find out what is going on.

Make it stop!

They call me 2-3 times a day... I have very good insurance that have already paid my bill and they still keep calling. I have told them over and over..company isn't very bright in my book..

Although the phone is answered identifying the phone as being on the federal do not call list  and the date and time are recorded, this collection agency calls over and over. I have no debts, no am I a co-signer on any notes and am retired this company shoots the federqal government the bird disregarding the federal law. I get the phone number on my TV Screen and now when this LLC calls they will hear an Air horn Blast , $4.95 a can at then local discount store. It's time we americans strike back against these illegals in a way they understand. Toot-Toot

800-253-2921 is first source and they claim to want to help you with your medical bills. considering the things i have read about the company i don't want anything to do with them. since my phone doesn't have call blocking but does have call reject i assigned the number to that. now the calls go straight to voicemail and i erase them without even listening. after those minutes are gone i will be getting a new phone with a new number.

Automated, leaves a case Number

This automated call indicated they represented Presbyterian Inter-Community Hospital via First Source to see if I am eligible for any of their programs. Well since this hospital is in Los Angeles and I do not live in California it would appear it is a random digit dialing situation as my number is on the do not call registry. I think they need to be reported.

I am so sick of these people calling, its been 2 weeks of none stop prerecorded messages. I called back and no one wanted to talk. So its obvious they are getting paid per call. But do not actually want anything. I did not get a name for them because the recording starts mid way it just says to call the 800 #

This number has been calling me over and over and over for about 3 weeks.  The message tells me to call them and refer to some number, then says that if its during their business hours I can press a number to talk to them now.  I did and it told me that all the operators were busy, so I should call back.  Usually though, it calls after business hours.

Holy moley they are ticking me off.  

If I ever figure this out, I'll post back, but if I don't, I will likely go insane and will have driven into a bridge abutment.

Same thing as "Texas", they don't seem to very helpful, or a 'reputable' company like some poster said. If they were THAT reputable, they wouldn't be calling and hanging up, even when a human answers the phone.

They're not helping me out then, if they're a supposedly reputable company. All they do is call, either play a recorded message, or hang up whenever we answer.

THEY ACTUALLY ARE A VERY REPUTIBLE COMPANY.  THEY HELPED ME GET STATE ASSISTANCE TO PAY MY BILL.  THEY ALSO HELPED MY KIDS GET COVERAGE.  THEY WORK FOR THE HOSPITAL AND THEY DONT CHARGE

Always a recording giving case number and return telephone number (this one).  Highly Agressive Health care billing assistance (BIG BS) company.  The claim to be patient advocates for people without health insurance.  We were getting 4-5 calls every day automated and 2 or 3 live.  

Calls to Med Assist supposedly got me removed from list. We'll see!
