Collection Agency - go to www.ftc.gov to file a formal complaint for their Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.  You can always send certified mail to a company telling them to not telephone you and only contact you via mail. If they continue to call, then you can file a small claims suit and they are liable for $100 fine per call.  Keep your certified return receipt and also file complaint with your State Attorney Generals Office.

Man's name was Mr Boyd. gave a reference phone number that is not a compleate number. When I called the sound of a FAX is all I got.

Called demanding money settlement from old bank account. Suspiciously, and reluctantly provided account information. A third party debt collector with old information. Not updated with current information from the account. Rude & Aggressive tome. Contacted the job several times. Poor or no boundaries. On my innquiry without verifying who I was, gave me confidential information
about my old account.
