NES has been calling my cell & my husband's cell number and even calling him at work.  They claim to be collecting a debt for Sallie Mae.  I deal with my student loan directly with Sallie Mae therefore.  When I spoke to a NES rep, he did not even know what the account number was and rattled off some random made up numbers.  I ended up telling him I am calling Sallie Mae & he hung up on me.  
After that initial call we continuously received calls 3-4 times a day.  I now have to send a cease & desist letter as well as a debt validation request letter.  If you have any contact with them, I suggest you not tell them anything and call Sallie Mae directly.

This Collection Agency and their agents, are very mean, rude and do threaten when they call, indicating, that if you don?t pay back, they will take whatever you have in order to get paid. YOU may get this call from ?National Enterprise System? about a debt and even if you do not have a debt, ATTENTION?that means, that they will call you, if you have a close relative or friend involves with you that does have an unpaid balance of whatever, so that you take responsibility to pay them. VERY DENGEROUS THEY KNOW EVERYTHING ABOUT YOU, YOUR FAMILY, WHERE THEY WORK, ETC.!

This rude man is calling my cell#, my home, threatening me and demanding $11,000.00 or $16,000.00 or else he will force me to sell my house.  He very rudely suggested I borrowed the money from friends or family members and Send him the money!!!!! I'm so glad I googled the # and hope others do the same before they send their hard earned money.  I also hope they catch the Jerk, he needs to get a job and support himself instead of intimidating people!!!!

I have received many of the same calls from the idiot Dave Country at National Enterprise Systems.I have tried to reach an extension given by their computer for Dave Country (1932)TO NO SUCCESS.Calls started last year' stopped about Christmas, then just restarted again in July

i got the same thing .but i got them back .i called there # and told them im gona call them every five min un till they get the hint .   but the company was called national enterprize . 18002613766. i called them for three days .every five min it worked.

i called the *671800-261-3766 number to b lock my cid. they answered and i said nicely that i would like them to remove my number from their dialer. He only asked for my number and said he removed it and that was it. Lets see if they stop. I will post again if they dont.

Same guy, Dave Country. 9:50 am.  If this is a debt collector or consolidator, I could not even guess why they would be calling; I don't have any debt except a mortgage that has never been late.

Got a call from them, "Dave Country", it's a code word for collecting for Verizon Wireless. I do have an outstanding bill with Verizon that I am disputing. *Every* time I call this company to talk to them about it they say that tomorrow they will be sending the account off to their lawyers for litigation unless I were to make a payment today. Haven't made a payment, and no calls from any lawyer. This last time I asked the lady (who wouldn't give her name) for the address to send a "Validation of Debt" letter under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and she said she "didn't have time for this" and transfered me before I could say anything. I did get the address and sent the letter. We'll see what happens.

I've benn geeting calls did id as dave country,about a personal business matter anytime u hear this pharse this is a bill collector,i know because i am 1.I called the # back and they where looking for my mother, i told them i am a 3rd party she doesnt live here and to stop calling,collectors where very rude,i do the same thing everyday and most of teh time you get a lot futher just being nice.I also requested the company fax# to "cease and desist all calls" which you can also do in writting but be prepared this does stop the calls but if your debt is a client that sues they do have the option to reccomend futher action.

The mechanical Dave Country is cluttering up my answering machine daily. If all the above is correct, can't figure out why a collection agency would be calling. Actually tried to call the number to get them to stop but no answered/  This is getting really annoying.

Supposedly, this call comes from Natioanl Enterprise Systems, with a convoluted recorder answereing system.

Operator could not find my phone number, though Dave Country and Mark Jones sure find my number easy to call every day.

My 15 year old daughter got this call 3 times a week on her cell phone.  So I called & let them know that she was only 15.   I did NOT call from my home phone.  I also told them she was listed on the national Do not call registry.  The above is the truth, but who says you need to be honest or polite when you call these people.  Give them a story & let them pay $$ for the phone call. If it gets too expensive for them to use this method they will stop.   If they call again I will call them again & ask to speak to a manager.

beware, that dave country is only one of the pseudonyms that this auto-dialing scam uses.  Most recently, the name has been changed to Tom West in my messages. There was another in between, the name i can't quite recall.  Same number, same recorded voice, same exact message except for the fake name having been changed.  

This is an auto-dialing scam, of which there are many these days, but this is one of the most insidious.  If you keep getting harrassed, I suggest contacting your local congressman.  It's time for some legislation against this bu***hit.

Numerous calls from this company.  Recorded message stating, "This message is for XXXX.  If you are not XXXX then hang up.  By remaining on the line you are acknowledging that you are XXXX".  Gives instructions to call the 800-261-3766 to discuss important business matter.  Called this number to ask these people to stop calling my number.  Told person that answered the phone that we had no debt.  Person wanted part of my husband's SSN.  I told her I would not give this information to her.  She stated "Until you give me that number you will keep getting these calls".  I asked for her name and she hung up on me.

Just another bottom feeder credit collection company that should be fire-bombed.

This organization generates a lot of complaints like this typical email:
?I am writing you concerning a company called National Enterprise Systems, Inc. They ended up calling me up at work and harassing me, I specifically asked them not to contact me there. Not even two minutes later they called my workplace again and asked to speak to my manager. I contacted the local authorities as they stated when they called my residence that they were ?Federal Agents" and "I was in big trouble with the law". I thought that they were not allowed to call your place of employment if you asked them not to. Yesterday they contacted my place of employment once again. I am fed up with being harassed.?

A quick check on Pacer shows 108 lawsuits naming National Enterprise System, Inc. dating to 2002. The majority of complaints we receive are for harassment, contacting family, friends, calling employers, the usual standard violation of slimy collection organizations such as NES.

According to records we found on a search engine, NES Head Debt Collector Ernest R. Pollak and wife Ellen reside in Salon, OH and are easily accessible to consumers wishing to voice their complaints on the apparent illegal treatment he is allowing his debt collectors to practice.
