If they do not properly identify themselves they are in violation of federal law. You can complain to states attorney, state agency that regulates collection agencies, BBB, or even an attorney that does class action suits against collection agencies.

They are debt collectors. I had misplaced a bill from the dentist office and the balance got sent to them to collect. I actually found the lady very pleasant and helpful. She was very understanding and was very professional.
If they're calling you, you owe someone money. Just take five minutes, pay them, and be done with it.

They have a contract to collect for First Midwest Bank. They got to be some of the dumbest people on this earth. Serious... "Guy" from trackers has to be so desperate for the minimum wage they pay him to sit there all day and harass people that will never pay that those thieves at first Midwest any money.

do u have a bank account with First Midwest Bank? or do u owe another company money? i recieved a notice in the mail that i owed first Midwest money, and the company with this phone number was the one trying to contact me. they are a Collection agency.

The are harrassing me not only on my cell phone but somehow have obtained my work number and I dont know who they are. I called them back and asked who their company was and they were very rude and would not tell me.
