The phone # is for "LoanCare, A Division of FNF Servicing, Inc". I got a letter that was from my lender who uses this service, and they gave this phone # to call for loan service. My guess is they also handle foreclosures.

Anchor House Financial... they claim to have info on properties, which they'll sell for $200, if you give them your CC#. This is info you can get for free.
A reporter named Robert Eringer did an expose on the con artists at Anchor House.

I am Using the program and am in the process of doing a pre foreclouser. I am taking over payments and moving into a house that I found through them. Yes they post ads that maybe a bit unbeliveable, but its working for me. Hope this helps.

Its a scam. Their ads on Craiglists are house foreclosure sales in the "for rent by owner" section, using hundreds of free photobucket accounts to host the images. And the ads are just images so you can't search for them.
They also post ads for apartments that are far too good to be true. For example, some of the apartments they advertise on NYC craigslist for under 1,000 per month are for apartments that would easily cost 5,000 to 10,000 monthly.

Thank you for this info. as I was calling this number too for a listing for a home to take over preforeclosure payments. My heart was telling me that this was a scam. While I was on hold I googled and found this info.
