Me too!!! Called the bank thinking it was them mo-fo's charging me....but's it was Kitchen Aid...I guess all these companies use one single company to do all their purchases....

I had an unspecified charge on my checking account.  The when I saw the list that someone posted here, I noticed "True Lemon".  I had indeed mad a purchase from them.  I contacted "True Lemon", and suggested that they warn customers to note that charges would be made through this other company.  They said they'd pass on the info.  I just placed another order, and the same clearing house info was indicated on my checking account, but at least this time I knew what to look for.

I was in the same boat with all of you, trying to figure out what the charge was. Ended up being a legit purchase from truelemon.com for me

As many have already mentioned, I noticed a simliar (small) charge on my debit card with a description that I didn't recognize: SS*CUSTOMER SERV CNTR
Turns out it was for a purchase I just made earlier in the week with Toms of Maine's new online store.

don't know why a charge for this no. is on my charge.  Nothing I have done on line said i would be charged like this.  Why?

I confirmed this charge originated from a purchase I made on CuisinartWebstore.com. They probably outsource payment processing for their website.

I also had a charge from this number to my checking account. If you call you'll get a customer service rep. Give her the charge amount, your name and zip code. She can tell you what the charge is for. She said they represent about 125 companies.In my case the charge was correct.

Had a credit card charge noting "SS *CUSTOMER SER" and this 800 number.. called them, they tied it to a part I ordered from Nexgrill via their online parts site.  So.. obviously they provide this service/support to a wide variety of online retailers based on the experiences of the above comments.

now it makes sense

Chances are, the charges are legit - look at the list of merchants they handle - they're probably not companies you buy from on a regular basis.  I made my purchase 3 days ago and it just showed up on my account today.  As I looked down the list, I realized, "oh yeah, I bought ___ the other day".

Got a charge from them that I didn't recognize.  Called and found it to be a legitimate charge for my Art Supplies.

I received a charge on my credit card account from ss consumer link at 800-2738210

I received 2 charges on my card which I did not make.
From the looks of the amount of complaints, your company needs to be reported or shut down for fraud.

Had SS Consumerlink on our corporate card.  It's a company that handles several merchant products and billing.  It's best to give them a call.  They will let you know the name of the company you made a purchase with.

When I called it was legitimate - it was water filters I ordered through Cuisinart website.

We received a charge on our credit card for 20.65.  We did not order anything and would like this credited and an explanation.  The date was August 23, 2010

I got 2 charges on my Visa card, one fore $52.17 on 4/12/11 and one for $16.45 on 4/16/11,
and don't know what they are for or whom they are from. Remove them please. This is fraud.

I have a charge on my credit card from SS* Consumerlink with 800-273-8210 listed for $62.01.  I'm pretty sure I didn't use my card for anything, especially for the day it was posted.  How do I find out what this charge is from?
