Seem to be a fraud. They somehow got the details of my mother account at the hospital where she did an operation and was calling to speak to her but would not give any details. They answered the phone as "Business Office" Would not give the name of the hospital, there name or any other details.
Arrangements were already in place to pay my mother's bill so this was definitely a scam.

There was no one on the other end when I answered, but could hear call center kind of noise in the background. Google search returned this phone number belongs to collection agency called Complete Collection Services of South Florida (http://www.ccs-florida.com/). Just got this new phone, and have gotten some interesting wrong numbers in the past, so not surprised that the new number has a colorful history. Would be nice, though, if the agency could have picked up their own call so I could turn this off soonest. Now they'll call again...and again...and again...

It is CCS Collection Services. If you owe them money, simply don't answer your phone. They won't leave you a voice-mail either.
