They only charge you if you are a moron and buy something online, giving THEM your credit card information and then don't cancel your membership. Its perfectly legit and legal. Its Playboy. Maybe just keep better track of what you buy and who you give your credit card information to.

It's the cyber playboy website or one of it's affiliates. Talk to your husband or son. He can cancel through the website.

just found a charge on my Bank statement that was not authorized by me from 800-276-6048 / Playboy. I left a rather nasty message for them demanding the charges be reversed. I will contact my bank tomorrow letting them know to block all charges from them. And Yes there is a law it is called credit card fraud.

Same thing, two charges though. One for $19.91, another for $34.95...what a scam.  Contacting my bank to try and stop payment.

i got a charge for $95.40!  if they charged your credit card, it appeared on your statement as an automatic check.  they will do it again.  you have to contact your bank and stop payment.  you will have to pay a fee!

I had the same thing happen, only the charge was 19.95. They're trying to charge me $35 to stop the payment. Does anyone know how to resolve this with pei? We just got directed to a voicemail when we asked for a supervisor. Is there a law agency to report this to?

I noticed a charge fro $19.89 at my bank. I was given this number as it was listed as PEI. Upon calling it, it was discovered it was for Playboy. I didn't make any purchase.
