Got a call from them this morning. No answer left, no clue. If it is T-Mobile, I just completed their survey, too. So it makes me wonder.
Teresa 2013-08-30 20:51:13 Unknown
Ditto on the low score, followed by this phone call. I also have been with them for 10 years; they used to be good. I had the same thing happen with the "free phone". $20.00 a month later...

They just called nobody on the other end and then I blew my whistle.......lol.....annoying and reported them !!!
Bill... Sick of T-Mo! 2013-08-07 19:51:44 Survey
Just called me two times in a row today! They're getting quite annoying. Maybe if they learned to improve their service, they won't get low scores. I've now had enough. Good bye, T-Mobile! I'm leaving you!
Bill 2013-08-01 16:45:17 Survey
Count me in with the "same here" crowd. I recently received an SMS survey from T-Mo and gave them poor scores and received a call from this number. I didn't answer it because I was out for a smoke, which is agood thing for them. Their coverage is absolutely terrible in my home, even though AT&T and Verizon coverage is excellent. I'm going to be looking to drop T-Mo very soon.
Spigot 2013-07-19 18:01:40 Unknown
So, first of all this is not T-Mobile but a company that T-Mobile hired to do the calling. Probably the same company that put together the survey with the idea that they will produce a report with recommendations for T-Mobile to follow. In a sense it is all show and smoke and mirrors because, as everyone has pointed out, you get good response by providing good service. My T-Mobile service is just terrible. Only works 20% at my office and not at all at my house. And I'm paying quite a bit more for my plan than the current plan they are advertising and, of course, I can't change over. I go from 4 bars on a 4g (which does not exist for those who are interested) to zero bars while sitting at my desk at work and it's instantaneous. Maybe it's that monkey they have manning the controls at headquarters just randomly flipping switches.

my 2 year contract almost up. going with verizon prepaid. will never do a contract again. i would say at least 90% of my calls have ended from losing service. i am a truck driver and its really annoying when u get a call and u know u are about to lose service. so u dont answer the call and hope they leave a voicemail so u can call them back when u get ur service back and are sitting still somewhere. also have needed help a couple times that i had no service on state routes. at least i get most of my texts when i get back in range but many times they show up a day late or more.
TMobile Customer 2013-06-28 04:04:44 Unknown
Interesting posts. I didn't know who the caller was and didn't answer. I took the text message survey today and gave fairly low scores. I have been disappointed with my phone, my coverage and also customer service. I have to wait until my contract is up in October to switch and that is my plan. I told them last year when someone on their end messed up my phone bill that I would be leaving tmobile because of the $64 they overcharged me. Surprised they care about their scores now.
Over T-Mobile 2013-06-25 21:28:45 Survey
Ha .. T-Mobile is still at it!!! The funny thing is they either just don't get it, or they just don't care .. I am stuck in my contract until 01/2014 .. I have been holding steady, and counting down the months! I have 2 lines and a Tablet with them. Before these new plans came about, I guess to generate NEW consumers, they would not allow me to change my plan without agreeing to a 2 year contract!! Needless to say, I was not interested, my life style changed, and I no longer needed an Unlimited Plan for $99.99, especially when they offer the same plan cheaper. I did the survey via text and had no problem giving them all 1's on the scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being extremely satisfied ... I wouldn't recommend T-Mobile to a monkey, not alone to my family and friends.
voicestream pager 2013-06-20 20:34:36 Unknown
Same thing here...been with this company since i had a voicestream pager. Sick of having no service when i travel...rather its across town or across country. I've been a cheapskate putting up with the lousy service coverage for too long just because they're somewhat less expensive. Now i'm ready to pay for better quality.
Zachariah 2013-06-20 20:16:36 Survey
Got call from same number after doing at-mobile survey. I gave only less score, They charged me twice for a sim card and i have ti visit there office 6 times in a month to get that money back. The funny part is that, if I am talking to any other representative I will get only two answers 1 " I don't know" 2) I am not the one who done that.
And after a month I got message from T-mobile that, I need to pay them the money. They do not know the difference between credit and debit.
Abiola 2013-06-20 17:42:41 Unknown
It is T-Mobile calling to ask why they were given a bad review from the text survey.
Sad and Stuck 2013-06-11 22:16:48 Unknown
I was in your boat, and they sent me the $400 signal booster, and replaced my sim. Didn't notice a thing. Still horrible. Next, they'll tell you its your phone & you need a new one. Don't fall for it, unless you move.
Sad I got suckered 2013-06-11 22:09:46 Survey
Same thing happened to me. I just re-signed in November for 3 lines & got 2 new phones. My 3rd phone has become HORRIBLE, when it was fine before. Its only 1 and 1/2 years old. They blame my phone & want me to buy a new expensive one, but meanwhile tell me I still have a CONTRACT & TERMINATION FEE when all new customers don't. I'm afraid to throw more money out the window. Is there no way to get out of a contract, if they're not providing decent service?
Deborah F. 2013-06-07 18:25:52 Unknown
Gave low scores to T-Mobile survey, 2 days ago... Called, didn't leave a message. I called them back and they wanted to address why I gave a low score. I told them NO. That's that...
scott 2013-05-28 02:32:12 Unknown
I was wanting a better phone. When I talked to Tim at the T-mobile shop in South County Missouri, he said that I contract phones get better service than prepaid...Man was that a load of crap. Just to make sure I checked with several other providers and said that it was false. My own fault for believing him. I believe the contract should be null and void when a lie was used to facilitate business.
David 2013-05-23 21:52:52 Telemarketer
Receive a call, didn't answer. Based on other reports here, was likely TMobile. I recently completed their SMS survey rating them at 3 and below. Been with them since they were Voice Stream in the early 90's. Because they are eliminating phones with a tangible keyboard and focusing so much on the phone, I'm considering a different provider.

I have also been a customer for 10 years and answered a survey giving T-Mobile low scores. Throughout the year I have completed surveys giving them low scores. I usually get a phone call from an "800" number following the survey but, I do not answer it. I always look up the phone number on the internet to see where the call originated from. I'm stuck to a 2 year contract for 4 more months. If I cancel now it's $100 penalty fee. There is no loyalty from this company. They do not care. I am fed up with T-Mobile!!!! They said they would reduce my bill to $50 last month and they lied. Instead of $85 I got an $81 bill. I complained only to receive a lousy explanation from one of thier customer service reps. Go figure..... Don't answer calls from this 800 number.
Jo 2013-05-22 22:54:34 Unknown
I didn't answer, but this makes sense. I just did the phone survey, too. I'm thinking of changing companies because this new unlimited thing doesn't seem like it's going to save me any money. I can't afford to pay upfront for the phone and can't justify spending $400-500 for one!

soon to be ex tmobile customer 2013-05-22 20:31:48 Unknown
they are calling me for the same reason. my last phone, tmobile my touch 4g, crashed and i didn't want to buy a new phone from them being the most expensive phones on the market. i did fill out a survey giving them the worst score possible. my phone came back but i don't trust it anymore and I wouldn't buy another phone from them. they are not supposed to take care of software updates as they aren't the manufacturer. I have been a customer since they started their business in the US as Voicestream but loyalty doesn't mean a thing these days when customer service is all outsourced to India.
Annoyed with TMobile 2013-05-15 21:24:34 Survey
First T-Mobile started texting me surveys. I politely called and asked to be taken off all calls and texts regarding surveys.
Today they called again and I finally answered. They wanted me to take their survey. I told them I had had it, that I pay for a service from them and it does not give them the right to be texting and calling me all day. If I could, I would block their number. I also let them know that I would be posting all over the internet my review and would let future customers know that they would get annoying calls and text from T mobile for survey participation if they sign up for them.
I have put up with TMobile for 13 years. Their prices are good, but I guess you get what you pay for, which is limited cell coverage, and annoying survey calls, texts, and emails and so-so support. I have had good and bad.
I was going to quit them, due to poor cell coverage in our house, but then they gave me the booster for free to use. So for now, I am locked in for another 10 months.
Quit harassing your customers TMobile instead focus on you cell coverage.

Used to get phones at Costco with no problem; then they quit working with TMobile. Went to a TMobile store and told the sales rep I wanted whatever phone was "free". Was told if I paid $29 would get credit on the bills. They put the phone in a bag, folded the agreement, put that in an envelope and into the bag. A couple of months later I realized that the "free" phone costs me $10 each month on my bill. I got the $29 credit but am now paying for the phone. I called TMobile to complain and was told "that's how we give you a free phone; you don't have to pay for it at the time of purchase". Just waiting for my contract to expire and go back to Costco.
walt 2013-05-14 18:57:41 Unknown
I didn't answer but if it was indeed T-mobile, they don't REALLY CARE, they've lied to me and like one of the postings here , I also have spent entirely too much money for their lack of care. I bought a phone and was told I would get all of it back in rebates....they lied...then while under warranty I kept having problems with that phone. After they sent me 4 replacements and having exactly the same problems, I told them I quit. I bought another phone and will leave them even if the other company should cost more.T-mobile has a major issue with customer loyalty and I no longer want to be a part of a company that treats their 10+ year, 5-phone lines and thousands of dollars with little to no regards.I talked to an associate with another company and they were amazed I was treated poorly...they suck.

It was a forwarded call to me and when I answered, I got a beep and a hang up. No idea who called or why. Reading previous responses--I just lowballed TMobile on a customer survey so it makes sense.

OK, if it WAS a T-Mobile survey, at least they could have had the decency not to block their caller ID - I never answer unknown 800 numbers on my cell. Blocking your business name is a shady trade practice at best.

I too gave T-mobile negative scores on a text survey. I have been with tmobile for 14 years. After being involved in a rollover accident & badly injured, I'm no longer able to work. I explained to them that not only do I not need an unlimited plan anymore nor can I afford it. Their reply was to tell me if I wanted to change plans, there was a 200.00 per line plan change fee. So 600.00 (3 lines) for an hourly employee to push a button on a keyboard. If I can't afford 200.00 per mo for my current plan, how does charging me 600.00 more help my financial situation? Verizon... can you hear me now? Here I come!

Ditto I too am going with Verizon as soon as my contract is up! The funny thing about my call from T-mobile I could only hear every other word the lady said so she called me back on my land line. My response to her was now you know why!
