I was approved for a 500.00 loan.

Just call them back and don't take no for an answer.  I didn't give the guy time to say a word before I let into him.  Let them know they will, can, and better refund your money.

I called these people and they will refund my money but the rep said it would be 14 days...so I did file a complaint with the Attorney Generals Office and sent Direct Benefits a copy of what I filed.  And it will be sent to all news outlets if my money is not back in my account in the morning.

This is the complaint I filed the Attorney Generals office.  I want my money returned to my bank account today or I will also send this to all news outlets.  You don't mind instantly taking money from people dis-honestly, but when you get caught you take your damm time giving it back and this type of theft has got to stop.

The check through my bank states they are through Direct Benefits LLC, and told me they will not refund me

They took money from my account today and caused me to bounce a few things. I called them and they said they were authorized for this and they werent.

These people took $49.90 out of my checking account as well. I have not applied for ANYTHING! Does anyone know how to make them put the money back into my acccount??? I have tried to call this number and can't speak to anyone. I contacted my bank who said I could put a stop payment on these people but that won't credit the money back! As a single mom of 3, I work for my money and need every bit of it!

These people took money out of my account without authrization, I notified the Attorney General Officer, the FTC, and anybody else who would listen, I even reported them to the BBB. They claim they sent a check but never did and than they say theyre work with you to get your money back by doing it through ACH, that never happens either and on both accounts you can vertify, Because if they claim you signed the check and cashed it tell them to prove it. And as for the ACH to your account the bank will vertify that with an account history, when they were suppose to put the money in your account.  Either way you have to fight to get your money back this is a scam and don't let them win. They have to show proof.

This company got into my account also and was not authorized, Who the hell do they think we are.
We are people trying to make an honest living while others are stealing to make a living. What can we do to stop this?

my boyfriend also had 49.90 taken from his account. it was taken a day or two after People's choice (another fraud) took 200 dollars from his account. I think they are connected.

I am a victim of identity fraud and someone used this company to apply for a loan in my name. This company should be shut down because they do not list a phone number, address, and I cannot contact them to cancel the fradualent activity. Company's name is PIN 519 (www.pin519.com).
