I got an automated phone call as well; I also have the card registered with them online so I also got an e-mail notification. In addition, I could also log in online (the link was in that e-mail) and go through the process that way, without using minutes on my cell phone. Since it was a legitimate charge, it was a fairly simple process. I don't know what happens if it's not valid.

I got a call from this number which I returned to Juniper. There were some odd charges on my card that were very differenf from my normal spending. They were my charges though somehow appeared separately from some larger amounts. I really appreciated the companys close attention to this activity on my card.
It's a legit number and call.

Thank you! I get the call and just hear a ding, then nothing. But I do have a juniper card and they are some real screw-ups over there.

I received call from this number 800 285-3443, did not answer, let it go to voicemail, then took the message. It is legitimate from Juniper Bank. They stopped the March of Dimes, of all people, from making a $2000.00 donation from my account, and another from CA for a fitness place...I am in NY.
It's legit.

I received a call from this number as well, I didn't pick up but later followed up on an eMail from Juniper and it WAS fraud occurring on my card. The card was canceled. I'm grateful for their quick action but still would not have responded to the 800 call without going through the actual company fraud number.

This is a legit number for Juniper credit card's fraud division. They will call you if you make a large purchase or an out of country purchase. It's an automated system.

I answered and the caller disconnected.

I got a call from this number, saying that they wanted me to press buttons re suspicious activity on my credit card. The problem is that I don't have a Juniper Credit Card! Therefore I have to assume that this was either a hoax, phishing, or something not on the level.

I got an automated call from this number stating possible fraudulent activity on my credit card. When I didn't recognize the charge, pressed 2 for no. Transfered me to a real person who asked for my name, so I hung up. I then called the number on the back of my credit card to question this call and the account rep confirmed the charges in question, so this is definitely a legit number and there WAS fraudulent activity on my card.

it took about 2 minutes
I'm done and can continue to use my credit card
I had another company deny a transaction bc they thought it was fraud-
