SHILL ALERT.  CEBA and mspus.org will deny they illegally telemarket but have no compunctions about lying through their teeth, slanted by their forked tongues, about how they really operate.

I received a call from Ceba, listened to what he had to say and decided I wanted to learn more. I requested information be sent to me by mail and I received it 3 days later. I liked what I read and checked the Better Business on the authenticity of the program they were offering and decided to go for it. MSPUS has worked very closely with me to get my bills paid at a much lower interest rate than I was paying and now I feel I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. I have been using this service for over a year and only have good things to say about it.

I SPENT AM HOUR 0R SO TALKING TO A "NON PROFIT" DEBT REDUCTION AND AT SOME POINT, CEBA4U CAME UP WITH A BIG EXPLANATION ABOUT THEIR BENEFITS.  when i finally got suspicious i had to hang up because they kept wanting me to talk to someone and tell him why i didn't wat to talk anymore,  i was tired so i finaly broke the connection.  

i called the number you guys are asking about 9:00 pm pacific time and got a voice mail ans, so and so is unavailable please leave a message.  it and ceba4u are all interrelated and i conclude it's a duck..  i would avoid them. .

Got a call from this number but there was no one on the line to answer. I called them back and found out they are a Debt collection company. They had the wrong number. I was surprised when they said, get this....."Oh, I'm sorry.....I will take your number out of our database." Holy cow!! I about fell off the couch!

Did not leave any message.

keeps calling ever 5 minutes I looked it up on the internet says its some finance co  my wife sleeps during the day cause she works nights and I am tired of there calling I am also on a no call list

got a call from Tamika at Consumer Benefits.  She called my 16 year old claiming she had a $5000 debt.  She also referenced a "National Debt Reduction Program" where they got our phone number.  The problem is there isn't a real "National Debt Reduction Program" and Tamika was clueless.

They called me twice in one week (Tuesday and Thursday) on my cell phone.  They didn't leave a message either time. When I called the number back, the person answered it with just a first name...clue 1 that something was up.  When I asked why they called, they said it was regarding a government debt consolidation program...clue 2 that something was up.  When I told them to stop calling me because I've already made arrangements with my credit card companies to pay off my unsecured debt, they tried to talk me out of it...final clue that something was up.  I hung up on them as they began their spiel...I just wish I could block the phone number.

it a cold call. Trying to get info about your current debt and how they can help you relieve said debt.  I hung up.

This number called me after I left my cell number when inquiring after an apartment in San Francisco. I believe this to be part of a Craigslist scam. Lesson learned. NEVER give any personal phone number out via the internet unless it is on a legitimate, secured website.

this is a company called mspus.org they are a credit consolidation company and claim to be non profit and to provide "free" credit payment reduction.  Looked more into the  service and found that they charge up to 10% of you consolidation reduction.  They also give $25 for each poor sucker you refer.  I dont see how this can be an "non-profit" when they clearly profit from this service.  The company has been around for some time so it is obvious they found some loop hole to get the non profit recognition.  Another suspicious item I learned was that they are part of another company called ceba4u.com  this company is not a non profit and they both share information off each others call lists.  BEWARE!!!

THIS IS AN INTRUSION CALL...I AM ON THE NATIONAL DO NOT CALL LIST

This number has shown up on my cell phone a lot and when I call it back, the recording says the number is not in service.  And when I answer, no one speaks.  Who is this person and/or company and how can I make it stop.

Received a call this afternoon from 8002871615 and heard someone say a foreign word and then hang up.

Received phone call from number and they did not leave a message

Called multiple times.  I never answer and they never leave message.  Don't know who they are.

This number calls my cell number 3-4 times a day at various times. It never leaves a message.
I am trying to figure out who this is.Does anyone know?

Be careful!  I kept getting calls from this number (also an 877 number and an 866 number).  Never leaves a message.  I finally answered it and some guy told me he's from credit services.  First of all, you never start off a conversation without saying what company you are calling from... that was the first clue.

Then he said he is calling to help with a government debt consolidation company.  When I told him no thank you, he copped an attitude like I was missing some great opportunity!

Beware of this number as it is most certainly a scam!

Keep on getting calls.  They hang up each time.  Soooo annoying.

I called it back and JAKE answered. Not an overseas call. They called my business like so I called back. He said it was regarding lower interest rates.

Getting nightly calls from same number called it back and msg says no answer and disconnects

I received calls on my cell phone where they ask for your personal details and are not willing to share any information unless you give them all the details

I just received a voicemail from this number in which the person leaving the message was breathing heavily and moaning. It took very little imagination to guess what he was doing or what pretending to do. I am very bothered that this has happened and am going to look in to involving the authorities. I will update if I make any progress in this matter.

just called this number back. rang once, took a second for someone to actually say anything. i explained that i received 5 calls from them, i was sure they could see the number i was calling from and to not call me again. i got  "uhh my name's ray uhh". I just hung up, jerks!

5 calls in less than an hour! I finally answered the fifth one and just like everyone else they hung up!

This company call them selves Right Start a non profit angency with a money saving benfit with a endless paying program call CEBA . They claim they will save you money but they steal your money continulesly. They claim you need to Join CEBA to use the debt program called Right Start. their number is 888-630-8301 ex 229 and1 800 918-6692
