239 300 6975 is this a number too?? His bame is carlos ramirez! I paid 300 with a money pack and he offered me a great deal 300 for the whole year i regret it! I started thinking thia wasnt right ao i googled dish scams and got here! What should i do?

got a similar call from 888-766-3983. I knew it was a scam and told the guy that he is a fraud. Then he hung up. Is there a way to formally complain about these things somewhere?

Another Scam# 888-766-3983. Call from a Lean Brown. His pronunciation of US Street name sounds he is not from US.  When I challenged him, he gave me a "Fxxx off" and threatened to shutdown my account. These frauds are getting our Online Account Information from somewhere.. Last time I got this call, I changed the password.

Another number running the same Dish TV "deal/scam" - 800-560-4095

Same exact thing happened. They gave me a ph number to call. once I had the green dot card for the amount equaling 6 mos bill. That number is 800-218-6943. They gave me the caller's name as Brian Simmons, employee id 16R1, Gave me an authorization number etc. But when I call this number, I get the message that 'The number you dialled is blocked.' I wish I had seen all these comments before I fell into the trap.

Just spoke with the same guy today and his accomplice who sucks at english who hung up the first time on me.

They can't even pronounce our Indian last name, so I'm not even sure if these guys are actually Indian - although they have very Indian-like accents.

He was telling me about a 50% discount and then asked me for my account number. I don't fall for BS like that and know very well Dish Network is more likely to jack UP my monthly cost or hell would freeze over before I got a real 50% discount.

I told him to tell me exactly how he was planning to do it, or I wasn't giving him any information and he got real flustered cause he couldn't pull up my information.

I got a call from 1-800-285-3980 today. Some guy with an accent said he was from DISH LOYALTY REWARD DEPT, and because of my excellent payment history and credit score he can offer me a 50% discount if I pay 6 months in advance. To my surprise he had my exact monthly payment amount and date which I paid !! He also said he will activate a couple of premium channels (HBO, CINEMAX, etc..) to prove that he is real and legit.

I knew there was something fishy going on... to good to be true kinda things. So while he was talking I got on my computer and googled this company... and I saw this website and read the above comments. I told him that he is a fraud and how can he sleep at night knowing that he is a thief... he went silent and I hung up !!!


Do not fall for this.. it is 100% SCAM !!!!

I have been scammed as well and I was also called by dish network loyalty rewards dept and told to pay up 6 months bill to get another 6 months free and get 3 channels more.  The guy added HBO and cinemax etc right away to my TV immediately making me convinced that he is from Dish.  I did pay him with greendot paypak as he asked. Now, Dish network does not want to own any responsibility and harassing me.  The police said it is Dish agents themselves who get their share from this scam.  Dish has leaked my information as well.  

Dish takes no responsibility and would not even let me terminate service without a termination fee of $320.00.  Any advice?

I have been scammed by this so called dish network loyalty rewards dept. They had the guts when I called today to admit that this is what they do and have been doing and dish agents got their share !!!
I have filed a police complaint against Dish Network for leaking our information.

It is really disgusting how they have all our information of DIsh Network. I think we should file a law suit against Dish Network for let our information getting leaked to such fraudulent people. They claim that they are located in Washington State 45 miles away from Seattle. caller 1-800-326-1324.

Yes, This is a fraud. Took my money as well. Don't respond to these calls and get lured into the offer.

Yes. This phone number is totally fraud and took my money. I did not realize untill got a bill from the dishnetwork. One of my friend got a call from a different number and caller name is also Rajesh. He is still calling him back for a 50% dish offer. I told my friend to keep asking him to call back until dish and police will trace his number. I will post back after few days.

another number to remember .. 818-428-1600. Name Laxman or Rajesh. they will say, they have DISH gift card to en-cash. They will even make payment to your account using stolen credit cards to make you believe. However, these payments will be reversed after few day. These people will disappear by then. Phone # stop working.. Allsat is the company .. please share information

Yes - This is a scam indeed. Someone hacked into our Dish account, had all the details and called from this number claiming it was the "Dish Network Loyalty Department" offering 50% promotion offer.

This guy is a fraud. Beware. He hacked into our account and quoted exact details. Please be careful.

I got a call from the same number asking them to pay 50% upfront fee using greendot moneypack. He had the exact amount I was paying monthly for dish.

The caller will mention about promotion for 50% off for the next 12 month dishnetwork payments and request the 50% amount to be paid upfront using greendot moneypack card. This is a scam.
