They say it's Fashion Bug, but I owe them nothing.  When I call they ask me to enter my account number OR my Social Security #.

I used to have an account too! And I owe them nothing too! Yet I get these calls from "unknown" with a message to call back. It's irritating!

This is the 3rd time they've called me.  Said it was regarding my Fashion Bug Card.. it's a recording, that just gives the phone number.  I also did not put in ANY INFORMATION and no one came on the phone to talk live with me.

Closed the account and paid off the card, but they called today and left an automated message to call them back. Not gonna do it! :o)

And my monthly payment is 3 days late.

Well I was called by them and they left a message. I verified through my local fashion Bug Store this is indeed their bank regarding charge accounts. About 4 weeks ago I upgraded and received a new card. On the back of the card is the name of this bank. This is NOT a scam.

Got a recorded call from World Financial/Fashion Bug. Asked that I call them back, don't have a clue why.I am not going to call them since I read all of these comments. Are these companies that stupid to think that we will give out personal info over the phone-or for that matter, to anyone that we don't know.

Automated call about an account with Fashion Bug with this number to call for info.  System asked for my social - yeah right!!!  After entering a fake SS, got a person who said it was World Financial Network National Bank, and he kept asking for my phone number or social, neither of which I would give him (I placed the call from a work phone).  I asked for their company website and the URL he gave - www.wfnnb.com - doesn't exist.

What scam!
