Alright folks, I think I have an answer to this. Please post if I'm wrong. Do any of you owe money? Possibly student loans? Maybe something else? Ever get a letter from a collection agency called Allied Interstate? I think... and I do mean think... but it adds up, that they run a robot software to see when your in so they can call you up. If I'm right and if this is true, it's a lawsuit in the making. Allied Interstate has a BAD history. They're real thugs. Do your own search and read for yourselves. If they have a lot of money behind them like it seems they do, they aren't real scared of a lawsuit plus they have a "can't find us" arrogant attitude. That still doesn't mean that you don't have rights which include the right to deal with the original people you did business with should you be able to or want to. If I'm right help others and post your findings.

I was going to report this to the FCC. They didn't really have a place to report this that I saw. Maybe someone else can try.  It seems only they can block or trace it.

I've been called 8 times by this number, and no one is on the other end whenever I pick up. I returned the call numerous times, only to get a busy signal. I am contacting the BBB to report this inanity.

This number calls my phone 3-5 times a day.. Sometimes at 7am and others at 1030 pm ..  Getting veryyyyyy annoying !!!

This caller calls 3 times or more every day.  When I did answer, they did not answer.  They have been calling for months.  :(

I manage a medical practice and this phone # calls us at least 3 times per day

Constant harassment from 800*301*0053. These people are instigators and just plain harrassers. They must
be reported to the FCC and stopped.

I just got called from this number myself. Somewhere about 3 PM Eastern time. I live in Florida and tried to report this to the phone company. The reply was that "It's not a listed number with us. We can't help you." Crap. One would think with all of this technology that we could do better at spanking these scumbags. Who knows. Maybe it's a government thing.

Got my first call from these people didn't answer because I don't answer calls from numbers I don't know..caller ID says DONT and the number 800-301-0053

I have been getting calls from this number as well and I live on the North East Coast.  They are driving me nuts!!!  And even when I have attempted to answer no one is on the other end.  I was wondering if it was one of those automated calls that record what time someone does answer the phone so that way they know what time to have a real person call???

Numerous calls from this number. Also many calls, at least 3-5 per day from Allied Interstate, calls from 877-358-9385, brockton ma 508-436-6871, 888-322-8209, And this one just started yesterday 1/17/2013 goodneighbor 458-201-0245, many calls from 508-762-5144, 877-269-9741, Washington 253-382-9923, 866-439-7562, 817-213-7846, 877-340-7518, Astoria OR 503-468-5099, 877-213-8804, Massachusetts 508-823-1061.  I wonder if any one of these is legit. Don't answer if I don't recognize.

As with the rest of the people who have posted comments from getting calls from this number.  I too am getting calls from this number about every other night between 7:00 and 9:00 pm. No answer or message.  Is this costing me money I usually don't answer but would like to know what I can do to get it to stop.  Allied interstate had contacted me about a student loan that I was sure that I had taken care of a long time ago.  Are they an actual company? I'll have to do some more investigating on the matter I guess.  Just wish it would stop.  The internet is a wonderful tool except when you get these scroatbag people that have nothing better to do in their lives but bother people.

I am receiving 2 times a day a call from this phone , nobody answers and when you dial it , there is no answer as well

Person called and claimed to be with Allied Interstate LLC.  These guys are some scum bag debt collectors who were trying to find someone else, but were pretty rude even when I told them they had the wrong number.

This is Allied Interstate. They are a debt collector for government subsidized student loans. I would take a look at your student loan payments because they will hound you even after you talk to them.

I am getting two or three calls daily.  No longer answer but first couple times did and no one was there.  Really wish I knew how to make this stop.

Keep getting calls from 800-301-0053.  No one answers and after 2 rings hangs up.  Very annoying.

Just started rcving calls from this number 3-4 times a day on feb 20, 2012. So annoying, have the ring muted. No body knows who this a**@#$% is. Not leaving any msgs & voice. Pick-up no body answered.

I have received 21 calls from this number to my cell phone - and I have the funny feeling there will be more. I blocked the number.

We get calls from this number about 3-5 times a day, every day.  There was 27 calls in 7 days while my parents were gone.  I want to know how to stop this harrassment.

This number has been calling for over a year now. Monday through Saturday mainly at night. Nobody says anything when I pick up. Very annoying.
