The company is Ocean Deal and you get this call if you are in default on a payroll loan from Netcash or Zipcash.  I got it b/c my payment didn't clear the bank.  They were very nice to set up the payment at future date. Hope this helps!

I also keep receiving calls from this #, when I call back they will not identify what company they are calling from.
