Yeah, so I called them back and they said they'd pay all my bills for me.  Even give me a free car if only I gave them my bank info, social security number, date of birth, mother's maiden name and these silly people... apparently my address was all fuzzy on their screen, so I gave them my home address, phone number and just a little more information (normal stuff like how much I make, when I go to work, etc).

It's been a couple weeks and I can really use the help!  For some reason, my bank account was overdrawn a few days ago, so if they're going to come through with the help paying my bills, now is definitely the time!

"Ashley" is still at it. Must be using some sophisticated equipment to get through my company's phone system, or crawled my direct line off an email or a bank/credit card personal info site. Keep an eye on your credit cards for odd charges, folks...

My wife got a call at her office from Alexis that we "spoke last week" about lowering credit card interest, which we did not speak with this lady.  Very rude on call back when attempting to get information about original call and ended with Alexis hanging up ... what a scam!

Same thing as other people - woman said we spoke last week (did NOT) about lowering interest payments (I'm assuming on a credit card), said "this is last courtesy call," and to call this number back.  Call originated from 406-351-4172, which, according to WhitePages, is a cell phone in Montana.  Find this number, find out who's scamming everyone.

I too just got a call to my unlisted cell phone with a recording from Ms Ashley. How does one stop this and how to remove my number? This is so annoying and I'm sure it's a scam.

Received call offering " better credit card rates" on cell phone--I thought these numbers were not available to telemarketers, and I registered it on the National Do-Not-Call system.

I received the same message as everyone else from 1-800-310-9758 .  I called wanting to know who they were, and just like everyone else on this board, the simply told me they were "Debt Relief" and would not give me the name of the company that they represented.

Wes and Cindy must also represent this company, since they also have not disclosed the name of the company.

This definitely appears to be a scam and I would steer way clear of these people.

I have to agree with Cindy I am a doctor and in this economy even I needed help. They are very professional and just protecting the non profit. I am actually going to be out of debt within 36 months compared to 15 years with the interested rates I had. The credit card companies are very much in favor of this program. No negative effect at all . Great people to work with. Get your facts straight !

I got the same call but I did hear them out. They were able to lower my interest rates and my payment. Everything is above board I even got confirmation from the credit card companies saying I had made a great decision. You have to hear them out, yes there are a lot of scams but this is not one!!

Yep, I've been getting the same calls and I did call back, and called, and called and called.  Each time they have told me she mis-dialed my area code, she must have missed a digit, etc.....I have asked for their mailing address and that they have violated the "no call list" that I am on and am reporting them to the attorney general's office.  The last one, Dana, said that the attorney general is one of her friends, I asked really?  in what state?  She said that they cannot give out their address because she is not calling from their corporate office.  I asked for the corporate office info and she said she didn't have that information.  I asked for the office that she was located at or that the Ashley call originated from and she didn't know that either.  I asked her how on earth she got to work when she didn't know where she was??  They finally said that this was harrassment and they would pursue charges if I didn't quit calling them.  I said "cool, what jurisdiction would that be".  Hey, what can I say, if you can't beat them jack with them.

Same as all the other complaints.  This was a young lady stating that we had spoken last week.... we haven't.  Stated I'm only making minimum payments and they can consolidate for as little as 1.5%.  Also stated that this was their last courtesy call.  Good! Hope to never hear from them again!

I got the same message on my cell phone from Ashley Martin.  She made it sound as if she was from a credit agency looking to get me a good deal on refinancing my debt on my credit card.  The funny thing is I don't have a credit card so I thought the call was for someone else and wanted to help the poor scmuck out.  When I called, another woman answered  asking me if I wanted to lower my credit card debt.  I asked if this was a sales call.  She said no and started on her questions again and I started yelling about calling my cell phone and she hung up.  How do they expect anyone to buy their lies???????

I also received a phone call from this company from the number listed  (406) 351-4172 in the same regards to lowering interest rates and everything like that. The call back number was also 1-800-310-9758 and when I called and asked who this was, a receptionist named Norma would not give me any information. It's a total scam, but I might just play along later today if I have nothing better to do and mess with them.

I also received a similar call while I was away from my phone. I called the number out of curiosity and the woman told me that ashley was unavailable and was quick to say that she could help me, asking if I have high interest credit card debt. I mentioned the misdirected call and she said to disregard the call and have a nice day...I stopped her before she could hang up and asked what company she was with.  She said, "debt relief" and I mentioned that I may be interested in such assistance and asked what their company was about.  She said they had sponsers that worked with the credit card companies but that the requirements were that you had to have 2,000.00 in debt on cards with an interest rate over 12.99% and that you must be willing to close your credit card accounts...she mentioned that they would need account #'s and interest amounts, (which of course made me leery) However I told her that I wasn't in a location to access that info, she told me to call the number back and to ask for lisa at ext. 13-0-6... Don't think I have the courage no matter how good the rate could be!! The whole thing screams scam.

I got a call from the same number 14063514172.  It was obviously a recording because the women spoke fast and didnt give me time to respond.  All I remember is low rates and something about minumin wage.  And I couldn't think of why someone would be calling me about that. But before it ended they said this is the last time we will call but here is a number to reach me 18003109758. So I just called that number just to see what they would say and a woman answers and says, "This is Sherry", who am I speaking to. And I wasnt about to tell her. So I take it this is all a scam.

The message they leave has to be pre-recorded because due to the length of my voicemail message, it started halfway through right where she says" lower your interest rates...this is the last courtesy call (I can only hope she's not bluffing and they don't call back)"  I agree with Amanda, the number registered as a Montana number (406-351-4172) although she told me to call (800-310-9758).  Such a scam....

Prank Call
Twice a received a phone call from Ashley Martin (460) 351-4172 stating that this was a courtsey call & that this was the last time she would call me.  She said that we had spoken last week on the phone & that I needed to call her back.  She could lower my interest rate on my credit card to 1.5%.  My interest rate is currently 17. something %.  No credit card company of any kind would offer that kind of deal.  I not dumb or stupid by no means, but apparently she is if she thinks that people like myself would call her.  She needs to quite haressing people & get out and find herself a real job!!!
