got this call this evening....who is this???

Recv'd Call today, nobody there... Any contact info? If I receive another call i'd like to report them for harrassment!

800-316-3205 ALWAYS CALLS! AT LEAST TWO-THREE TIMES A WEEK! IT'S REALLY ANNOYING! HOW DID THEY GET MY NUMBER?

This number calls almost everyday

Follow-up: Well it IS the Toronto Firefighters' Union and they have obviously contracted out this marketing/fund raising service to some dumb-a**** telemarketing company that does this sort of things for various organizations, judging by the baroque and long-winded way they make you sit through their (yawn!) explanatory phone call when you call the number {listed a few entries above} to try to get your number taken off their list. Someone needs to let the firefighters know that whoever conned their union into using this method of fundraising is (a) a piss-poor marketer indeed (b) is not doing their union any favours and (c) that this method of fund-raising is likely to engender far more hostility than support.

These asshats called TWICE in one day, taking me away from important work I was doing just long enough to TRY to get to the phone - they had hung up already with no message both times. I am going to call the Toronto Fire Department and see if they are ACTUALLY affiliated with this fund because there are a lot of scammers out there who CLAIM to be doing stuff on behalf of police and fire associations but are not necessarily doing so...

Picked up and nobody on other end.

Received three calls today from this number - they did not leave a message

Call is from Toronto Professional Firefighters Association.
To be placed on their "Do Not Call List" call 1(800)254-3290.

Caller spoke to my 13 year old daughter and said something about a $25- donation for the fire service - she hung up. Male caller knew our surname as well. Call received 6 November at about 6pm.

I also received the call from 1-800-316-3205 at 8:58P
and same is no answer, very strange
