I receive A call to day 12-14-2009, they request for me to send them $1535.00 as a  Deposit to an account as collateral, Before I make that transaction they want my recent 2w and a copy of my drive license and ss#
I am trying to research the company but I am comming up with notting.
I am going to check with the better business department tomorrow.
they also give me a breakdown of the loan that I would receive over the 6 yrs, now is any one out there other then us two have question about this issue pleace vice your opionion. I did not give them my money as yet however I am still searching, also I am going to get intouch with the district attorney to investigate because what they are asking for is a lot of money.

I applied for a loan with Entrypoint sevices and they said due to bad credit I needed to submit 5 months payment which I did. Kept calling telling me to send more money which I didn't have and when I said I wanted a refund told me 30 days. They changed it to a week but when I called and told them to just wire it to me like I did to them they got all huffy and said if I called again they wouldn't give me my money and charge me with harrassing phone calles. My sister called to get a loan from them and they told her I wasn't going to get my money back and I could take them to court. I never received my loan or my refund and I am trying to find a lawyer to take them to court. No luck on that yet but I'm still trying.

called to tell me I was approved for a $5,000 dollar loan.  Was told I had to pay a collateral fee of 926.43. I was told the money would be deposited into my acccount in 6-8 housrs. I payed the fee and never got the loan in my account.  I was then contacted and told that the lenders needed another 926 dollar payment bc my credit was bad and it was to have more money so they were covered or for insurance purposes. I said no I don't want to do that and told them I want my money back.  They told me it will be deposited into my account in 30 days.  I doubt I will ever see it.  They then called me back and said the lender would take it down a payment but that is all they would budge. I am out of my money now
