My wife got a call from this jerk, says his name is Richard Stone extension 82. Says our son is in deep trouble over some real estate debt. Our son has no debts and has never been involved in any real estate deals. My wife is very ill and is extremely upset over this. If I can get my hands on this a**hole I'm gonna kick his butt from here to there.

I GOT A CALL FROM THE CARLTON COMPANY INC. SAYING WE OWN THEM MAINTENANCE FEES BACK TO 2006. WE SOLE THE LOT IN 2009 AND THERE WAS NO LEIN ON THE LOT. THE DEED IS NO LONGER IN OUR NAMES.

I have sold these lots to Cy Stewart in 2006 and have told Hidden Valley Lakes Home Assn. And the Carlton Company, INC. ( DIANNA ) this> We are no longer responsible for these Lots.
