Someone from 1-800-317-9073 keeps calling my phone continuously not saying anything just hanging up.

Call several times, don't know ho because I never answer, cell minutes..

To prepare yourself for dealing with Allied Interstate, you must know that Allied Interstate has an “F” rating with the Better Business Bureau, which states that they “strongly question the company’s reliability.” Reasons for this include failure to respond to complaints, grossly misleading advertising, failure to comply with the law’s licensing or registration requirements, and complaints that contain very serious allegations – such as fraudulent business practices.

Consumer complaints filed against Allied Interstate run the gamut of unprofessional behavior. have been calling us for weeks. then hang up when I answer after a few moments. Finally I called the number back and they were looking for someone with a name similar to my husbands, Would not give any other info. other than Allied Enterprises and the lady very quietly stated the name.

I told the woman that I would report this as a harassing call if they did not keep calling with no response when answered.

You are a TOTAL  idiot. If you always pay your bills, why are you on this forum searching for the source of a phone number that is calling you??!!!??? Someone it's been calling me for the last three days at all times 5am 6am 7am 12pm 12am i dont know who they are they don't answer its so annoying, they wake me up at midnight uugh! The number is 800-317-8360.

tehy are using unknowing number, but when you call *69, the computer tell you wich number was the last call, so that how I got this number, and I call but, they not goiving you any information instead they ask you your number, personaly I didn't give any info, good luck

THIS COMPANY IS SO ANNOYING....THEY CALL REPEATEDLY EVERY DAY AT THE SAME TIME...WILL NOT LEAVE A MESSAGE OR GIVE ANY INFORMATION..SO TIRED OF THIS GAME

I am not an attorney..but I owned a credit bureau in the 70s..when people were nice
and not like today..
I told my employees to not say anything for 5 minutes as the customer is upset
and needs to get the anger off his/her chest.. then I told them to say let's see
what we can do about this..many times the company was wrong..we never
made calls or sent anything out.. we were not a collection agency...

WRITE THE NUMBER DOWN AND DO NOT ANSWER..

A DIFFERENT RING TONE AND GIVE THAT TO YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY

harrass these people who dont pay their debts for f**** sake im fine with that they deserve it!!! i always pay my bills.I hate people who dont pay their bills as much as i hate allied interstate.so if you didnt pay your bills stop bitching on here.If i didnt pay my bills i would be ok with them harrassing me.This of course excludeds people who have an illiness and dont pay their bills and someone who lost their jobs and cant pay.Im talking about those losers who have a bad credit score because they purposely dont paybills because they are shopaholics and then claim bankruptcy. If your getting harassed because you cant afford to pay your bills then why do you have a phone and a phone number to call you at.Seems to me if you cant pay your bills you shouldnt be able to get phone service or want phone service.

they have been calling me for 8 months since i bought my new house and got a new number.They wake me up and most times it is no one on the other line. Allied interstate collection company. I PAY ALL OF MY BILLS! my credit score is over 800. i paid off my new car loan in 2 years.I put 20 % down on my home.I hate the people who dont pay their bills!! its because of deadbeats that i keep getting theses calls. Why dont they make a list of names of people that do pay their bills and not call those people meaning me! yep, I was right, the phone calls didn't stop. When I called them back to tell them(again) they have the wrong number the lady said my number does not show up in their system????? Then how are they able to call me? huh! She said I should not be getting anymore calls from there, how does she know, my number is not in their system, remember. We will see. Next call they make to me will not be a pleasant one for whom ever is on the other end.

Today someone was actually on the line, he said his hame was "Jovie" and he asked for Mr. or Mrs. Conway, I explained to him that this was not the Conway residence, he said "so what are you saying, that I have the wrong number?"  I said yes you do and so then he replies "So what do you want me to do, keep calling or remove the number?". Obviously they have some real intelligent people working at this place. I will be willing to bet the calls don't stop.

They started calling me today, 4 calls before noon, they started in at 8 in the morning.  I won't answer calls from numbers I don't know.  They never leave a message.  I called the number and the guy who answered answered  "Uh...hello...ALLIED"  I guess judging by other posts they are a collection agency.  Can't squeeze money from someone who has none.  Plus all my debts have been charged off by now anyways.

Did you add the collection agency to your list of debtors?  If not, they can call and will...forever....

I especially enjoy the calls where you answer the phone and immediately a recording shouts at you ordering you to "DIAL 1".  Oh yes, I'm so intimidated and impressed with the authoratative voice ordering me to do something.

I'M A SENIOR THEY CALL ME EVERYDAY,I FILED IN MAY,OF COURSE LAWYERS MOVE IN SLOW MOTON.I TOLD ALL THE CREDIT CARD COMPANYS THAT I FILED,SO IF THIS A COLLECTION COMPANY IT IS AGAINST THE LAW TO CALL IF YOU FILED.THEY DON'T LEAVE A MESSAGE  SO IT IS THERE PROBLEM. MY LAWYER HAS THIS NUMBER  SO HE CAN TAKE CARE OF THEM.

Unless you consent or a court order permits, debt collectors may not call to collect a debt:

(1). at any time or place which is unusual or known to be inconvenient to you. 8 a.m. - 9 p.m. is presumed to be convenient;

There is nothing said that Sundays are exempt from phone calls.  (Been thru it myself)

they cal 3-5 times a day

This number calls at all hours of the day and are very annoying.

MULTIPLE CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER VERY ANNOYING.......

They call here abou 15 times a day..some of the time there is no one on the other end, sometimes its oh I dialed in error and other times it is about a debt (one we payed off) they call mulitple times in a row starting at 8am and going till after 9pm. Frequently waking the sleep baby during the day. The few times I have spoke to them I told them I was going to file harrasment charges and they actually laugh at me. Glad that I am not alone in what they are doing but sorry others have to deal with this stupidity too!!!

Good for you!!! You just keep pluggin away, live your life as best you can and don't worry about what you can't fix..........it'll all work out in the end.
