I got the same type of call today. Whoever, or whatever scam they are running is still in business!

Like everyone else an automated voice leaves a message asking for an adult of the household. If not press 2 and call #### number. Even if they're calling the wrong number they want you to call them back. Seriously? You want me to call YOU back? Have a real person call me. What a pain.

ORM keeps calling my cell phone. They do not leave messages. I have asked in the past they quit calling my number as they are looking for someone other than myself.

They call me everyday as well but nvr leave a message. I have no debt either
Moser 2013-03-22 23:48:44 Unknown
same as other reports--"call us back, here's your reference number". guessing it's a debt collector...
will making this report really help make them stop??????

These people call twice a day almost everyday. It is a phone call for the adult of the household and then give a refrence number. Called and gave the refernce number and they said they were looking for someone else. I asked them to please take this number out of there system and they said they would notate it. NICE so i will only get a call once a day instead );

I keep getting these calls saying that this it a business call and to refer to a reference number when I call back. I've tried to call back but was unable to get anyone to answer. They've been calling my cell phone and my home phone.

They say their calling from ORM. The will not tell me what ORM is.The guy who left the message is named Damion. I tried to call the local number and it said it was not in servce

I was called this morning from 801-605-2400. They left a message saying that the call was a business call and to call 800-325-2701 with the reference number provided in the message. Caller ID recorded DAKS so I did a web search on DAKS. Looks like DAKS is a debt collection software company. It appears that someone falsely gave my number to a collections agency. Called the number and asked them to remove our number from their system...we'll see.

1-800-325-2701 Ref: 1327746 - looking for "an adult member of the household"
I have no idea who this is. They called yesterday on my home phone number, which hasn't been given to any businesses and only two individuals. We receive a lot of calls for a Jodi Baker, the former owner of the number in collections and various other situations. This has been going on for three months so I'm assuming this is about her or some scam. I try calling back on the number provided only to get it ring a million times with no answer. any respecting business would have some kind of answering machine at least giving business hours or who they are. I'm highly suspicious of this since they gave a reference number but asked for "an adult of the household" which is extremely vague. I tried calling the number the call came from and it says it's not in service. I find this rather obnoxious. In general I do not answer or will not stay on hold for computer systems that call ME and ask to put me on hold until they can get to the phone or wish to leave me a message. If people wish to speak to me, they can do so person to person, I don't talk to computers. No one here has ever gone to Salt Lake community college or ever thought about enrolling. If it's a debt collection then it can't be for us since we use our cell numbers as contact numbers always.

I keep getting calls from this ORM place too. Funny thing is they keep asking for my fiance or his ex wife. If this is a legitimate debt, how did they obtain MY cell phone number? They have been divorced for 6 years, I didn't know either of them when they got divorced, and I have had this number for less than a year. The one time I did answer the phone when they called I let them know that my number was not a good contact number for them and asked to not be contacted. But without fail they call me every few days. This company is irritating to say the least.

They call twice a day 3 or 4 days a week. I never return the calls since they don't identify themselves. Only by this website have I discovered who/what they are. I also have no outstanding debts and excellent credit so wonder how they got my number.

I have been called as well. ORM - however I dont have any outstanding debt as I just went through the process of buying a house and that clearly would have shown up during that process. Both callers left voicemail as I generally dont answer calls I don't recognize.

This is Outsource Receivables Management from Ogden Utah. A debt collector. See their website here: http://www.outsourcerec.com/content/index.asp?page=aboutus
Not too bright people. They violate the FDCPA, the FRCA and the TCPA laws consistently. Dont call them back. Send a written demand for proof of debt and a cease and desist contact. If they keep calling and/or never respond in writing (very likely) then get a NACA lawyer and sue them! See naca.net for a list of naca attys. Remember they cant call before 8am or after 9pm your local time, they must identify themselves and their purpose and they must send written confirmation of any debt within 5 business days of first contact. Additionally, it is illegal for any debt collector to call a cellphone unless you provided that number in the original contract. They will violate all of these laws so you can sue them and earn money for your efforts. You and your lawyer will both get paid so if you find the right lawyer this is like an extra payday. Keep good records of all letters and calls and make these jerks PAY!!!!!!

They have called my Girlfriend stating she owes $800 to a Zions eye institute and that they wanted all of her personal information. The funny thing is, is she has perfect vision and has never been to this place. We live in SLC and this place is in Saint George. We contacted Zions Eye Institute and they said that she was not in their system. This ORM place sounds very sketchy to me.
Rafe 2008-08-11 17:05:50 Debt Collector
I received same call three times a week, always an important message for an adult of the household with a reference number. I called and they said I owed $18,??? I laughed. They said this is no laughing matter. I said yes it is, you see I stopped financing anything 8 years ago, so anything that you have that says I owe money is fraudulent. They said that I would have to pay the amount in full, I said no they could remove it and stop calling or be sued. My attorney is now handling it, I still get the calls, but now I log them for harassment reasons. In turn I listed ORM information on every third party spam email and call site I could find. Lets see how they like it?

Called my home number and said the same name Kathy, I looked up this number and found these postings. I should not be in collections for anything so I am wondering what this is about. I called back and it is just busy. Seems fishy.
T 2008-06-04 18:53:50 Debt Collector
Called my cell phone, costing me minutes, and left a curt message stating "This is Kathy, I need a return phone call at number 1-800-325-2701, when you call reference number *******. This is not a sales call this is an important busines matter."
And then there was dead silence because she had hung up.

The statute of limitations is about to run out on my debt. So ORM has been calling my house with a vengeance. I had called them previously when I wanted to purchase a car to ask them if they would delete their entry from my credit report if I paid them in full. They said no, the best they could do is indicate paid. A 'paid' entry doesnt help improve my standing for a car loan.

This company identifies themself as ORM. They have left me everal message at my UNLISTED home phone number. I'd like to know how they got ahold of my number and who they are.
HR 2007-08-22 19:11:14 Debt Collector
Called saying that they needed employment verification on one of our past employee's and left a reference number. I asked what ORM stood for and they would not tell me. I told them that I could not give out ANY personal information on any past or present employee and they kept asking me for the reference number. I got online and looked up their 800 number which told me they were a collection agency or Outsource Reveivables Management company. Wow! I can't believe they can represent themselves in such a false manner!

Called saying it was urgent that I contact them back. Left a voicemail with a reference number. It was a collections agency in Utah called Outsource Recievables Management or ORM. Formerly Green and Sons Agency, Inc.
