Calls constantly but never leaves a message and are never on the line. Stop it right now. I'm handicapped and it's hard for me to get to the phone just to have this happen. Very annoying, very rude. Get the heck out of my life. STOP CALLING MY NUMBER. LOSE MY NUMBER NOW.

It Bonded Collection. They are a debt collection agency. They commonly call from a 312 area code. The mostly never leave a message. Not as bad as some debt collection agencies. I guess they know people dont have money.
