Robert "Bobby" Cohen is actually the OWNER of Credit Counsel, Inc. a/k/a CCI and his real name is Christopher E. Mihoulides. Most people are unaware that in the collections field that no one uses their real name, so Chris' stage name is Robert Cohen. He is probably one of the most arrogant individuals I have ever met. I have seen/heard him make calls to people which, if he were being recorded or videotaped would make the evening news... and rightfully so. He loves to harrass people and insult people - it makes his day.


I think turnabout is fair play. I think if you are going to HIDE behind your fake name and make people miserable by calling them repeatedly and threatening them and violating nearly every aspect of the FDCPA, that people ought to know where YOU live... don't you think? Chris' home address is 4844 Hibbs Grove Terrace, Cooper City, FL 33330. Everyone should start sending him mail!! Let him know that you know who he is!! Rest ASSURED... Chris Mihoulides and his napoleonic complex are NOT going to do ANYTHING to ANYONE - so don't be afraid. As little as he is, if you showed up at their offices, he'd run and hide under his desk. He is a coward. Don't let him bully you. Next time he calls you, DON'T ANSWER... it will drive him crazy because he isn't in control.  Never give a bill collector your financial information -- and once you know it is a bill collector -- don't answer the phone... better yet, change your phone number and make it non-listed/non-published.

I am the receptionist at an employment agency called Global Staffing. "Mike Powers" called and asked for someone who doesn't work here, and when told the person was not here, hung up on me. I then received another call from this number, but I heard a fax tone so I hung up. He once again called back and said "seriously, you're just gonna hang up on me?" and when I told him I thought he was trying to send a fax he said "that's the best you can come up with?". He asked for my supervisor, who was not only not available but doesn't take calls from people who won't provide ME with their information. It was a hassle getting his name out of him and he told me his company's name was none of my business. He insulted me, told me I was the worst receptionist he ever encountered and yelled over me for five minutes about how he was going to report me. I then googled his name and "CCI" and came across this. He somehow found the cell phone number of the OWNER of this company and told him about the discussion, and then told him he was late on a payment for a workers comp case from Concentra Urgent Care as well as asked him for his credit card information. We get calls like this all the time, so I called the clinic in question. They can't even FIND the patient he mentioned in their records at all. These people are thieves with horrible attitudes. You'd think that at least if they're going to try to steal from you, they'd do it with a more pleasant disposition.

I contacted this company and all she did was yell and cursed me out. She refused to give me  the address! Thank you for the information . The funny part is that I should have been the one upset but she cursed me out. LOL

They called me and I called them back, some rude lady answered and started to ask some information about my credit card, I just said F**k you B*** you think im stupid?!

My son is the one they are trying to get a hold of yet Robert Cohen keeps calling and harrasing me.  I have asked him repeatedly to stop calling me that this is betweent him and my son that I have nothing to do with it, yet everyday he continues to call my cell phone.  He is rude and likes to talk over you so you can not get a word in otherwise.  This gentleman needs to be stopped.  I have advised my son not to give him the time of day since he can not be civilized when calling.

I don't think these collections agents are using their real names. The guy that I spoke to said his name was Michael Cohen. The way they harass people I doubt they would give their real names.

They did the same thing to me. He said the same stuff to me about hiding and acting immature for my age. He even went as far as calling me an idiot and stupid. Then I called him a dumb f*** then I hung up on him. Their BBB rating is "F". I think I'm just going to change my phone number. These people are crazy and I don't understand why they are still in business. Their collections tactics are awful. I wish I knew who I can report these people to.

This company called me threating to ruin my credit if I didnt pay them $750.00 in 7 days. They are scam artist that pretend to be lawyers and iam going to take them to court. Steve davis was the credit guy I talked to. He was threatining and harrassing me. Very unprofessional people here. THEY WILL BE THE ONES TO PAY!

I just got so insulted by the ***hole on the other end of the phone. Here's the deal, I lived in FL 5 years ago and paid for services at an animal hospital in order to have my dog released. Here it is 5 effing years later and these whack jobs are calling and harrassing my parents claiming I owed a ridiculous amount of money, when in FACT I KNOW I paid the bill, other wise, my dog wouldn't have been released!! I called them to ask them to stop calling my folks and he flipped out on me! He didn't listen to anything I had to say. He accused me of hiding and acting immature for my age and that I had excuses for everything. I was a police officer in FL for many years and this is the reason I got the Hell out of there! What idiots! Very unproffessional!

These idiot called me asking for my Spouse in a very rude manner; since he wouldn't explainwhat the issue was in a nice way I refused to tell him what he wanted to know.  after back and fourth with this idiot he called me a "scum bag" and hung up! he then called my home and started harrasing my spouse calling over and over....found the presidents information online and address..."Mike Powers" is lucky he hides behind a phone but I NOW have his employers address; these people act like we cant find them now a days with the internet and all. These people doubled an amount that is in dispute without having a judgement and put it on my credit report. When I called to get an address for my attorney to mail them a letter, the woman who answered started screaming and threatening to have my driver's license taken away and have me arrested and refused to give me a mailing address. Told me that if I could afford a lawyer then I needed to just "F*&^ing pay it! "

Same voice mail as above. Their caller ID is 786-323-0001. They want me to call 800-328-8123. I don't have any debts. I've received at least six calls over the past couple weeks. I wish someone could stop this harassment.

Whomever call you will say he is the lawyer handling your case since you are being persecuted and will be put behind bars because your check bounced. Then, when you ask questions they start yelling and threatening. Very unprofessional, low class crooks. After they stop yelling they ask for you bank information to deduct the money you owed ?their client.?

I called this number and that was left on my cell phone. This was a debitor that was trying to collect money from someone who use to have my number. When i took the time to call and see what they wanted and this lady answered and was very rude  it was not me she was needing to collect from therefore I did not deserve her rudness and hanging up on me. I called back and aask for her supervisor and she  would not transfer me   continued to be hatefule and smurky...   called back and talked with another man who basically had the same attitude.
