Got a call yesterday.

I get at least one call a day from this number on my business line.  There is always static on the line and loud background noises, like construction or banging of some sort.  The caller always introduces himself with the same first name but different last name (Shawn Moore, Shawn Ludlow, Shawn Smith).  Wants to give me a $60 gas card for answering the survey but does not stop talking until the first question. When indicating I am not interested, he continues to ask additional questions.  Told him once he was wasting both our times and he told me he has all day and will keep calling back.  Also asked him how he can live with himself trying to scam people, he replied that due to the amount of static it was hard to hear and he would have to call back due to the bad connection.
I have heard another business owns this number and that the number has been hijacked and used by scammers.

It's not survey company. It's debt collection validation. The purpose of the call is to validate person, address and telephone number. Once the person is verified collect calls will follow.

Could not understand the woman who called from this number except that it was something about website design. Told her we were not interested and have a nice day. Than hung up.

It would help if english was the first language....lol
Accents too heavy make it difficult to speak to someone or even be interested in founding out what they are calling about.

this number calls a million times a day noone is ever on the other end and when you call back it rings busy

Received call yesterday from this number.  The party asked if I had home security.  I said "yes!  Two bitbulls and Smith & Wesson!"  Then I hung up.

Received call from this number today, guy said he was calling to speak to the business owner.  I asked his name & reason for call.  He said his name was Daniel and he was calling from the Local Area Business Registry and he wanted to ask the owner a few questions about the business.  I then told him the owner does not take calls like this and to please take us off their call list.  Sure hate to have this guys job.............

Numerous times a day, never a message.  I think it's those darn Telemarketers.  I wish they would drop off  from the face of the earth.

3 times at my business.  No human responds on the other end.  No automated message, either.

I got one an hour ago. I'm on the west coast, in BC. No message.

We live in Sask. We have been getting several calls from 1-800 numbers. About 7 every day. This one and the others do not leave messages. We do not answer the call
