Pll stop these calls ,they are fake & disturbing & trying to steal money from all.

I got a call from 800-338-6305 saying this was a call from Dish Network's Loyalty and Reward Department. They offered me to upgrade my DVR to a new Hopper DVR + 32GB Apple I-Pad2+making annual bill to 50%. And if I make the payment with Green Dot Moneypack within next 12 hours, they would give me one extra month FREE. The scary part was they told me the exact figure of my monthly Dish Network bill and even the programming package what I have. When I asked why this offer is not in Dish website, he said since it is not everybody, they have not put this on their website. Then he sent me an email from a .....@dish.com address with nice looking flyer (attachment) explaining this offer. It all looked legitimate at that point.
I said YES to the offer the representative (who gave me his employer ID even), scheduled a technician appointment. He even said the technician will take my old DVR back and Dish will send me a $100 check for that later. While scheduling a time he even asked me which color of Apple I-pad I prefer, black or white. He gave me a authorization code of the order and then advised to pay the amount with Green Dot by going to a retail chain store and call them back to say the number. He said I would get the confirmation text message in my cell number. I was excited to get such a BIG offer from Dish and was thanking them and almost getting ready to go out and buy the green dot money pack card with $422. Then I received the text message from a number 360-234-2394. It looks suspicious to me. I decided to call Dish Network (1800-333-3474) to find out if they are really offering any such deal. The dish representative said no - they are not. I then called the 800-338-6305 number and made a 3-way call with Dish Representative and the scammer hang up on us when he found there is Dish Representative in line. Later they did not pick phone calls from my number.

If indeed it is a telemarketer, they are not allowed to call before 8:00 AM or after 8:00 PM your time.

This # called at 9:38p.m.
I think that is way TOO LATE for a sales call.
If it's Dish Network, it's even worse because I have no prior business with them.
My # is unlisted and nonpublished and NOT given out at all for any reason.

Like everyone else in here, offer was too good to be true, but I went ahead with it. Whenever a person calls and give you a deal or a number to call back, never use that number, but call the actual number on the website or back of credit card to verify. Doing that saved me my money that went on the Pre-Paid card. Like I said earlier it was too good to be true, but had to try it, and good thing I called the actual Dish Network and not the number back. What's crazy is the Fraudulent Dish Service Member was actually from Dish and had all the pertinent info. on our service and was able to tell me everything. I even got the the Fruadulent Dish Rep. Service # but it was inaccurate when I gave it to actual Dish Customer service member.

We had a resident in our Village receive a call from them.  The deal was "too good to be true".  Our resident realized it was a scam when told to pay by prepaid gift card.

I got a call from 800-338-6305, and they say they are from Dish. I do not know how Dish is allowing them to use this number in their name.

Do not ever pay any money upfront!! This is a scam!! If there are any doubts, call the Dish Network number listed on their website

Just came across this SCAM from this phone number from dish network, offering free 6 months if you pay up front 6 months with a moneyPak green card.

These are crooks, they offer 50% discount on dishnetwork bill and also Ipad.
Anyone who ask you to pay with Greenpack money from Walmart or CVS...it's a scam.
Once you purchase Greenpack (same like prepaid creditcard) and give the codes to these crooks, you can not track the payment and you lost that money.
Please tell as many people as possible
