Investigator "Baxter" called left a disturbing message, the phone number, that there was a June hearing and a Case number.  Return call to the cell number he called from resulted in a call from a land line.  "Attorney" Sara Davis advised that I would be arrested and make sure I had bond money.

My elderly mother received a call from this number, Mr. Baxter was looking for me and talked very tought to her. I called the number immediately, the call was answered by a Sara Davis, who askwd me for all kinds of information, which I refused to give her. She actually threatened me and let me know what a "heartless adversary" she was. I pretty much gave it right back to her and she told me that I had now made an enemy and that she was investigating me and promised that it wouldn't be pretty. I am filing a complaint with the AG's office .

Hello, we rcvd a call on our cell phone.  The man stated he was Baxter and was representing his client Sterling.  And that a Finincail profile will be started due to a hearing scheduled for early may.  We have no idea who these people are.  Called the number it stated you reached the office of Sara Davis.  Beware.  According to our attorney possibly trying to get ss# and bank records to steal from you.  They can not go to your bank directly and get information.  You would have to sign for this.

Please complain to the Attorney Generals office and/or the Federal Trade Commission.  These tactics are abusive and illegal!

SARA DAVIS (possibly a fake name) calls you and family members about you from the number 800-340-0163  and threatens that the Sheriff will be at your door.  Then tries to get personal info from you...like social security # ....  This is illegal!! (And possibly a Scam) Legit agencies do not do this and know their legal limits.

These people called me and threatened something "very sad" and "tragic" would happen - among other threats.  I'm ready to start a class action.  These are nothing but criminal thugs.

A collection Agency. Called numerous times.  CLaiming to be lawyers, claiming to be Bank Representatives, Claiming to be with different companies... scumbags should be arrested.
