its jpmorgan - an automated system that called me based on some account activity that was happening..  this is a legit number and if calling you - then very likely was initiated by you...  ( just took ~ 3 hours between the time I did the stuff and the actual call finally came - hence the confusion...)

I received a call from this number, a girl asked me some questions and said she was transferring my call to someone else and to hold the line. I waited 5 minutes and hung up. I was called back and the same girl begged  me to hold on for 5 minutes until an agent would come on. It was in reference to my sears account and he was asking me a lot of personal info and I finally told him what he could do with my card and hung up.
I don't know what it was all about and believe it was a scam.

Received a message from JP Morgan Chase to talk about my 401(k) account. I don't have a 401(k) with them, nor am I interested in opening one with them.

I do have J.P. Morgan accounts, but not a retirement account. If that,in fact, is the case, sounds like they're trying to set me up with one....a sales pitch, IMO

This is JP Morgan Retirement Plan Services LLC. This is not scam because I have my 401k with them andy talk to them at least once every 2 months.

Caller is JP Morgan account services.

They call with this number to try to get a live person. When you call back it says number is no longer in service. Not sure who it is. Probably a misdirected bill collector.

It's JP Morgan. I have had an uncashed check with them since December and still have not received my money. What bothers me is everytie I call it takes at least 20 minutes for them to figure out what is going on and then I get a different reply. Very frustrating since I need my money.......
