This is (name) from Wells Fargo, we are trying to reach (name) she/he is months past due on Vehicle/home/personal loan payment. We will continue to call until we reach this person.
These calls are being made to our company emergency contact line, at various hoours, sfter the business is closed, never during hours of normal operation, caller is very rude, sometimes they hang-up when answered, we usually let it go to voicemail, we have followed up with Wells Fargo and they do not know what is going on.
