I spoke to a person that said they were from Citizen's Bank and wanted to conduct a survey on customer service.  Didn't ask for any account # or personal info.  I think it was legit, but not sure.

Same thing = keeps calling but no message

It's a survey company called Western Wats. In my case, they were doing a performance survey of FedEx Kinko's based on an order I had with them this past weekend. Short call, only a few questions, and no big deal. They also call from 801-494-1992.

Called me on my cell phone. Probably Kinkos wanting to do a survey about a recent order.

That's right, I just got a call from them, Kinko's, for a survey. No big deal.

Calls ID 800-347-2306. Hanging up. Repaeted for months, even after registering @ Federal "DO NOT CALL" list.

caller with a very heavy Indian accent.  called themselves DC services.  They asked for a person that used to live at my address.  When I asked for more information and a more american accent.  they apoligized and hung up

Rings, pick up ..., no answer...., rings again, let it ring.., they leave no message.

Weird that others are saying that 1-800-347-2306 is FedEx Kinkos and such? Got a message from a guy who identified himself as John who left this number 1-800-347-0267 and mentioned he worked for Discover Card looking for Curtis Long. Not sure who he is. I recently moved and got my current phone number (2 days ago) to where John left me a message. Since I have no business with Discover Card and/or know any John Curtis I simply deleted the message.

Some woman called my number and left a message for some random guy I've never heard of by the name Curtis Long and if anyone know him would you kindly let him know that he need to call this number at 1-800-347-0267, Office Hours for Eastern time is 8am to 10pm and the woman didn't say who she was calling from.  Weird.  Throws confetti at you!!

I understand all of your concerns. Until about 3 months ago I too was distrupted and harassed by telemarketers and telesurveyers.  Then my husband got hurt very badly at work.  He was told that the injury wasn't serious enough to get medical assistance from his work but serious enough that they didn't want him to work there any more just for liability reasons.  While waiting for the appeal we filed, bills are piling up and I had to go back to work after being a homemaker for 15 yrs.  I found this company that was walking distance from my home and I was hired for a measly 7.50 an hour doing surveys ( I would get more money based on how many surveys I completed an hour).  I had become the enemy.  But it puts coats on my kids and helps pay the bills.  I sit at work and call people who are very rude and hostile with ME.  I am only trying to pay the rent, and utilities, and feed my kids, and put warm clothes on them, and make sure that they have shoes that fit the season ( flip-flops at 24 degrees farenheit doesn't work for me).  I do get some people who are very kind and try very hard to work with me because I am required to read verbatim and I cannot just put what answers I want to put.  And the reason we don't leave messages is because WE don't have a callback system in place, so it wouldn't do any good.  I just wanted to state my case.  It's not that I don't still get harassed by telemarketers but now I have more compassion for the poor people that have to call to do their surveys.  I am more empathetic and I realize that they are human beings not human scum like a lot of people talk to me as if that is what I am.

Found this on my cell phone log tonight; I missed the call, which was recorded as coming in at 18:36 (6:36 PM). There was no message. I noticed that some of the others had used FedEx/Kinko's services shortly prior to receiving these calls, and such was the case with me.

I am rather annoyed because not many people have this number, and I'd like to keep it that way. I didn't see FedEx/Kinko's as being much of a issue, and besides I'm rarely near my land line, so I had no problem giving my mobile. Obviously I was mistaken.

No one spoke when I picked up the line. Totally assine!

I got FedEx to print something for me and now, 3 days later, I got a call from this number.
I'm guessing it's the survey.  No message, 9am on my cell phone.  Guaranteed to annoy me!

I called it back. They are a survey company. Western Wats or Western Watts. They called my direct line at work! Go away!

They called asking for my wife. They wanted to do something like a survey based upon my wife's experience with the bank she has an account with; which was Associated Bank.

Anybody that has extra free time on their hands can call Western Wats back and spoof their own Caller ID info back to their own ID device, but while making the call back, use a celebrity soundboard or w/e :D

Shouldn't stuff like this be called stalking?   I was on hold for another number and let that call go to pick up this call, on which nobody spoke.  I am getting several prank calls like this every day with no message and nobody on the other line.  So I do not answer my phone and figure if somebody has something to say, they will leave a message.

Whoever has this 800 number should be prosectuted.  But I suppose nobody cares.  After all who am I?  Just a citizen and a customer.

I own a print shop in Wisconsin, and I get several calls from these people a day.  They ask for pricing on 8000 color copies, 10,000 brochures, etc., etc.  I asked for a name and call back number to call back w/ a quote and they said they were calling from their cell phone.  The first call I got today, the lady said she was calling from Avon and needed brochures. I'll be letting Avon know that someone is using their name.  I don't have caller id at my store so I *69 and this is the number I got!  These people need to get a life.

I also put an order in 2 days ago with Kinkos for biz cards and left my cell to notify me when the order was done. Sure enough this number called me a day later.  I recommend NOT sharing your phone number with any company these days. Seems everyone down to your dentist has bought into the idea that your personal info is there for them to use any way they see fit.

I just got the call too.  I was at fed-ex kinkos yesterday so i assume that's what it was regarding.  The internet is so helpful :-)

IF you receive repeated calls do what I did.  I filed a formal complaint at the do not call website.  It only takes a few minutes and you can keep filing every time they call.

I called the number to see who would answer and it was some survey company called Western Watts (sp?)  They want you to take a survey.  I blocked the call using comcasts digital service.  You can block up to twelve calls with them.  I am already up to 4 !  Yikes.  Hope this helps.

After scrolling through other posts here I saw someone mention their call was regarding a Kinkos order the placed - I just payed for one yesterday so Ill assume thats why they called me. Even though I did not give permission for Kinkos to share my information which in my opinion is against my personal privacy.

Kind of annoying ~ hope they dont call again.

I just remembered that I gave my number to FedEx/Kinkos a couple of days ago.... So, I would definitely agree that the source is FedEx/Kinkos.

This company called me three times in the last two days from two different numbers.

I sent them an email I got from their website at optout@westernwats.com.

I've been ignoring their calls for weeks, and today they sent me a TEXT MESSAGE that said "PLEASE CALL", WTF! They want me to call THEM back!?  I think I'll send them a text back!
