This aint all good info. They called me up and I had to pay them for a truck I still have. They got the bank to giv me my title for about half of what they first wanted. I got my title and still have my truck so I dont know about the other stuff it did show on my credit card statement ac llc.

i do not beleive there is any state that allows 20 years--judgements must be reaffirmed after 10--as for dealing with the company--call 716-633-3500 and ask for brian noble--also consider how your truck was repoed---were you "pitched" on a job--if so the original creditor and alternative collection solutions could be liable for violations of GLB which prevents the use of pretexting in order to collect/recover debts--

the first thing you can do is look at the date the judgement was filed, and confirm it was within the statute of limitations. then contact the original creditor and attempt to work with them--also--is the truck was repossessed, were you "pitched" on a job from a truck broker company--possible "united truck brokers" if so--the repo was illegal--and you can possible unwind this deal with a law suit against the original creditor as well as alternative collection solutions. and their direct number is 716-633-3500 owner is brian noble out of clarence center ny--the office is located on wehrle dr in williamsville ny

What can I do to stop a garnishment on an old judgment from these guys? I already closed my checking because they whacked me for over 3000 bucks. I still owe like 12K on something from 6 years ago. I dont own a company anymore how can they do this?

I got a letter from a Mr. Miller a while back and ignored it. This company somehow got all of my banking info on a judgment that was 9 years old and took out $6326.00 I thought those ran out after 7 years and found out in my state it is 20 years . But I did call and they cut me a deal on the rest I owed they got me a release and updated the Repo off of my credit. IF there is something that I did wrong can someone let me know.

Does anyone have a different contact number for this company? I am trying to get a settlement on a Bank Levy that was processed on a Truck I gave back. The same guy answers and the guy I talk to will not transfer me to a supervisor so I can get a settlement. They drained my entire bank account for the tune of $15000.00 and they still state I owe another $37,000.00 I settled another one of these in the past. I thought it was only the IRS that can do this, apparently an unpaid judgment they can do this too. Please help I am desperate.

Called me and asked for someone else. I told them that they have the wrong person. They stated they are a collection agent. and keep asking for info on this other person. Finally I told them to lose my number. I do not think they will lose it. I'm sure they will call back. How do I report them????

Who were they? How did they sue you? Did you owe for a truck?

Place called my husbands work stated they need to speak with him.  He's OTR trucker so he called them. Said they had him listed as a reference for James Smith.  He said "do you know how many James Smith's there are".  Wanted him to verify his S.S.#, he refused.  If you get a call from these people tell them to stop calling.  Seems they are calling truckers and trying to obtain information from them.  They told my husband it was for a truck being financed.  SCARY...Never give them anything on the phone.  Ask for all details in writing.

They are a commercial collection office and the telemarketer complaints and laws do not apply to them. I found out the hard way because they sued me. I lose 10% of my check every week.

I had a similar experience - turns out they was looking for a deadbeat cousin who used me as a reference!

I just let them know it was a wrong number and that I didn't keep in touch with deadbeat cuz no more, and they were very professional and polite, and never called me again.

You sound like a scammer too! Nice attempt to scare people. Be aware, people, if you pay any amount of past debts (whether they are legitimate or not), by paying you make yourself accountable for that debt in most states.

I found out the hard way who they were. Apparently they do sue people. I had to file bankruptcy lost my house and my business, what little I had left.

They are a collection agency located at 3842 Harlem Rd, Buffalo, NY  14215.  They say the company name is AC LLC but there is no listing in Bufffalo under that name.  A reverse search on the number does not show any info either.

"Michael" from AC LLC called wanting to speak w/ my ex-husband.  Ex for over 20 years!  When I asked Michael how he got my number he stated something to the effect that my number had been given as a contact number.  I'm thinking more like an internet search on the part of this company.  Don't appreciate the call, the tone used, the questions asked, ("There's a junior isn't there?") or the deceit used by this company.
