Debt Collector. They are rude and refuse to listen to you. Ask my fiancee. Give them and a call and harass them. Two extensions to use: 1498, John eaton and 2055 (was a decent sounding lady)

Called my mom, my ex in-laws told tehm I was in big trouble. Nearly gave my 80 year old mother a heart attack! Number came up in several databases as a debt collector or fraudulent company.

how do they bypass anonymous call reject??? it is sooooo frustrating. i would like to block my # and call them.

I have received calls at my job from a Ms. Butler threatening to sue me because of a student loan I co-signed.  This woman was relentless and had the nerve to suggest that I borrow 25,000 from family or friends.  She called when I was not at work and harassad my co-workers asking all types of questions about me.  Finally, she tried to convince me that my wages would be garnished if I did not come up with the money that day.  Please be aware of this NES company and their unlawful practices.  After further investigation her call was not warranted and the actual lenders knew nothing about nor had any record of any negative action against me as the co-signer or the borrower. I will be contacting the attorney general in my state to file a complaint.

This is National Enterprise Systems (NES) Ohio must be in bad shape to keep this company in operation, becuse these pridators are of the worse kind.  They lie to you and will stop at almost nothing to gather information all almost anyone.  The will have different pople - sometimes a man then a women call - using different names and different call back numbers just to reel you in.  They break the law.  In Cal it is illegal for a debt collector to call your work place.these poople do it.  We have recorded the calls and had a lawyer call NES.  They told the lawyer that they would remove the work number from the records and stop it.  The next day another person (man first time now a women) call at work leaving a different 800 number.  Since that time 3 different people wiuth diffent 800 call back numbers are calling.  
We have contacted a state agency - California Attorney Generals Office - about NES illegal prctises, if you get a call please record it and call the Cal Attorney Generals Office.

harrasing calls

We've been getting calls from these people everyday for the past month.  We have Anonymous Call Rejection to reject calls from callers who block the display of their name and number on your Caller ID but somehow this company has managed to bypass that by not having anything show up on Caller ID at all.  This is just infuriating and the phone companies shouldn't be allowing these collection agencies to blank out their Caller ID to bypass Anonymous Call Rejection.  Anyhow, the first messages we received they just said it was an "important business matter" and didn't specify what type of matter, what type of company they were calling from or even for whom they were leaving the message.  Today they left a message stating they were calling from "NES".

We have three or four phone messages from a Craig Morgan claiming to have an important business matter to discuss.  To the best of my knowledge, I have no business with anyone named Craig Morgan for any reason whatsoever.  Every time they call there's a recording on the other end.

If I manage to ever talk with a person, I must have enough personal and professional information so that I can complain to the Federal Trade Commission about harassing communications and that I plan to sue.

This person calls himself Craig Morgan on my answering machine, however he has also called himself 'Dan Morgan' and 'Tom Jones.' I have received calls for at least four months now. Additionally, the calls come in about 3 times a day (even on Sunday mornings at 8:00am).

However, I am not speaking to a live person. Even if I pick it up to tell them to stop calling its a recording.

The caller also states that it is regarding a "very importan personal matter."

they call my daughter's (who is a minor) cell phone two or three times a day. i have asked the gentleman repeatedly to remove the phone number from his system. they are looking for someone we do not know. i have explained to him that we do not know this person, we are not this person, we have had this number since february, and even asked him if i needed to fax him a copy of my cell phone bill so he could see that this person's name is in no way shape or form associated with this number. he keeps telling me "I'll remove it today ma'am." But it never happens. i'll bet he would be pissed if i started caling him two or three times a day just to screw with him. I have stayed on the line a couple of times to listen to the recording so I would know what number to call back.

Same here. Thinking of changing my number.

call my home 3-4 times a day asking for someone who does not live here. they have been told that and asked not to call here again. they don't - for about 8-10 hours, then they start again.
