does anyone know who this number belongs to?

This "love service" telemarketer called my cell in spite of my registering my cell number on the official "do not call" list.  How does this happen and where can I report them?

Got a call, they hang up and when I called back it was nothing.

Got a call at 9:30 on Sunday morning (west coast) and didn't leave a voice mail.

Noticed I had one missed call from this number.  After reviewing my calls I noticed it said I dialed this number at 7:52 and they called me at 7:58.  This is scary because I most certainly did not call them. I hope they are not using my number or charging me.  Can that happen?

This number called mine and my husbands cell. We did not answer they left no message. Just annoying.

Received a call from this no# at 5:30 am while in Paris for work. Not only is it B.S. but it cost me for an international call at $2.00 a minute. How are these people getting our cell no#'s? I would love to send them a bill for the call

Got a call at 6:30 PST. From them. Didn't answer and left no message. On my cell phone and I registered it at the Do Not Call site in July. Filed a complaint with the FTC.

Registrations become effective within 31 days of signing up and are active for five years. There is no cut-off date or deadline for registrations.

You can report this to the FBI child pornography division, this is a very serious crime, they don't kid around. Because they are calling your child's cell phone, you have quite a bit of power, more than the rest of us because this is your child!!

I believe its a program that just randomly selects cell phone numbers, BUT, when it involves children, it goes to the next level. This site is VERY helpful.

I have a strict policy, never answer calls from numbers I don't know, plus my cell is a pay as you go, I use it for emergencies only. Ah, but I can't help my curious, inquisitive nature, so I looked up the Area Code, saw this site, and decided to give it a try. OMG pages upon pages for this number, so I started reading and the one common thing I saw was COSMO. Evidently, its some love line porn site, that somehow get cell numbers, the one thing I have to ask is the same thing everyone else is asking, HOW THE #%^U#% DID THEY GET MY CELL NUMBER? Its must be a program that just randomly generated cell phone numbers.

just got it, phone gave one ring then disconnected.  my phone is a company one and the number isn't given put to anyone.

Who or what is "Hey Cosmo"?  I got a call from them too.

ive never put the ph# on the internet.i have no idea how they got it,unless they are dialing random

Got the same annoying call to my cell at 11:30am PST. They need to be reported.

I got the same call at 2:12 pm and I think I know why. About 4 days ago I use a free service from the internet about a service called caller I.D. Faker @ http://calleridfaker.com/. The site required me to enter my phone number to fake a call by using a made up number. Basically they make the call but enter a fake number replacing your number. Even though it's free to use for 2 minutes they give you a number to call so that they can transfer your call. While you wait to be connected to the number you are trying to fake call, you will hear commercials until your call connects. That's probably where I screwed up. I'm almost sure it was this service. Try and remember where you entered your number over the internet.

Rang 2 times, and disconnected, showed up as missed call 5:21 PM Pacific

Just received a call from this number on my cell.  It rang twice and disconnected before I could answer it.  I do believe I was a member of BMG Music, but that must have been well over 10 years ago.

one call from that number...rang like twice then stopped. odd.
